参加看護師に約３か月間、接触検知システム使用してもらう。システム使用群と非使用群の身体拘束解除の有無・時間を比較する。また、システムの検知率・失報率・誤報数や看護師のシステム使用感を評価する。

Participating nurses will be asked to use the contact detection system for approximately three months. We will compare the occurrence and duration of physical restraint removal between the group using the system and the group not using it (control_2). We will also evaluate the system's detection rate, failure rate and number of false alarms, as well as the nurses' perceptions of the system.

病棟看護師
・研究について説明を受け本人から同意が得られている者
・システムについて説明を受けていて、利用可能な者。

対象患者
・点滴やチューブ類が挿入されている高齢者のうち認知機能低下あるいは抜去歴があるといった自己抜去リスクがある者
・研究について説明を受け本人または家族など意思決定に関わる重要他者（代諾者）から同意が得られている者
・主治医や病棟管理者がシステムを使用できると判断されていること

Ward nurses
Those who have been briefed on the study and have obtained the patient's consent.
Those who have been briefed on the system and are able to use it.

Target patients
Elderly patients with intravenous drips or tubes in place who are at risk of self-removal, such as those with impaired cognitive function or a history of removal.
Patients who have been briefed on the study and for whom consent has been obtained from the patient themselves or a key person involved in decision-making.
Patients for whom the attending doctor or ward manager has determined that the system can be used.
