成人女性を対象として、4か月間の在宅オンデマンド型Building Osteo Neatly Exercise（BONE）プログラムへの参加が、無介入対照群と比較して踵骨speed of sound（SOS）にどのような変化を示すかを検討する。

BONE介入群。参加者は、在宅でオンデマンド動画を視聴しながらBuilding Osteo Neatly Exercise（BONE）を実施する。1回30分、週2回、4か月間実施する。運動は裸足で行い、録画された運動動画の動作および音楽のリズムに合わせて実施する。

BONE intervention group. Participants perform the home-based, on-demand Building Osteo Neatly Exercise (BONE) program using prerecorded exercise videos. Each session lasts 30 minutes and is performed twice weekly for 4 months. Participants perform the exercises barefoot while following the demonstrated movement sequence and musical rhythm.

3. 研究内容の説明を受け、書面による研究参加への同意が得られた者
