選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

① 20歳以上、60歳未満
② 日本人男性及び女性
③ 仕事や社会活動を通じて週に一度以上の他者との接触がある者
④ 年に一度以上、上気道感染症に罹患している者
⑤ BMIが18.5 kg/m^2以上、30.0kg/m^2未満の者
⑥ スマートフォン・PCにより電子日誌の入力が可能な者
⑦ 研究の目的・内容について十分な説明を受け、よく理解した上で自発的に参加を志願し、文書で研究参加に同意した者

1. Aged 20 to under 60 years
2. Japanese men and women
3. Have contact with others at least once a week through work or social activities
4. Have had an upper respiratory tract infection at least once a year
5. BMI of 18.5 or more and less than 30.0 kg/m^2
6. Able to enter electronic diary data via smartphone or PC
7. Received thorough explanation of the study, understand its purpose and content, voluntarily agreed to participate, and provide written informed consent
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
① 現在、何らかの疾病で通院、又は薬剤及び漢方で治療を行っている者（頓用可能）
② 医師の管理下で食事療法、運動療法を行っている者
③ 重篤な疾患の現病もしくは既往のある者
④ アトピー性皮膚炎、アレルギー性鼻炎（季節性・通年性）、気管支喘息、慢性気管支炎、その他免疫系の異常を伴う疾患を有する者
⑤ ヨーグルト、乳酸菌およびビフィズス菌含有食品を摂取している者（ただし、同意取得日以降やめられる場合は参加可とする。）
⑥ 現在、医薬部外品、特定保健用食品、健康食品やサプリメントを摂取している者。ただし、同意取得以降、研究期間中やめることができる者は参加可とする。
⑦ 乳糖不耐症の者
⑧ SCR来院1ヶ月以内にインフルエンザ、新型コロナウイルス等の感染症に対するワクチン接種を行った者、また、研究期間中にワクチン接種の予定がある者
⑨ 薬物アレルギー、食物アレルギーの現病及び既往のある者
⑩ 過度な飲酒習慣がある者（目安：1日あたり純アルコール量が40g以上）
⑪ 過度な喫煙習慣がある者（目安：1日21本以上）
⑫ 夜勤勤務、交代制勤務等で生活が不規則な者
⑬ 研究期間中、生活習慣（食事、睡眠、運動等）を大きく変える予定のある者
⑭ 研究期間中、海外旅行等、海外への渡航を予定している者
⑮ 妊娠中、授乳中もしくは研究期間中に妊娠を希望する者
⑯ 同意取得1ヶ月以内に200ｍL、または3ヶ月以内に400ｍＬを超える採血を受けた者
⑰ 同意取得1ヶ月以内に他の臨床研究に参加していた者又は現在参加している者、又は研究期間中に参加予定の者
⑱ 研究責任医師が本研究の参加にふさわしくないと判断した者

1. Currently receiving outpatient treatment for any illness or taking medications, including Kampo (as-needed use permitted)
2. Under physician-supervised dietary or exercise therapy
3. Current or past history of serious diseases
4. Have atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis (seasonal or perennial), bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis, or other immune-related disorders
5. Consuming yogurt or foods containing lactic acid bacteria or bifidobacteria (eligible if discontinued after consent)
6. Currently taking quasi-drugs, Foods for Specified Health Uses, health foods, or supplements (participation allowed if discontinued after consent and during the study)
7. Lactose intolerance
8. Received vaccination for influenza, COVID-19, or similar infections within one month before screening, or plan to be vaccinated during the study
9. Current or past history of drug or food allergies
10. Habitual excessive alcohol consumption (>=40g pure alcohol/day)
11. Habitual excessive smoking (>=21 cigarettes/day)
12. Irregular lifestyle due to night shifts or rotating shifts
13. Plan to significantly change lifestyle habits (diet, sleep, exercise, etc.) during the study
14. Plan to travel abroad during the study
15. Pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
16. Blood donation of over 200 mL within 1 month or over 400 mL within 3 months prior to consent
17. Participation in another clinical study within 1 month before consent, currently participating, or planning to participate during the study
18. Deemed unsuitable for participation by the principal investigator
