日本語
TF-CBTは、施行者(以下、セラピスト)との週1回80-90分の面接を8-18回にわたって行われる効果の実証された心理療法である。子どもセッション、養育者セッション、親子合同セッションから構成されるが、プログラムの中盤までは親子別々のセッション(子どもセッション、養育者セッション)が実施され、終盤に親子合同セッションにおいて、プログラムで学んだことや成果が共有される。頻度については個々のケースに合わせて柔軟に対応することとなる。

TF-CBT is a proven psychotherapy that involves 8 to 18 weekly 80- to 90-minute sessions with a practitioner (hereinafter referred to as the therapist). The program consists of child sessions, parent sessions, and joint parent-child sessions; however, until the middle of the program, sessions are conducted separately for parents and children (child sessions and parent sessions), and toward the end, the child and parent come together in joint sessions to share what they have learned and the outcomes achieved through the program. The frequency of sessions is adjusted flexibly to suit each individual case.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. PTSD及びトラウマ関連障害と診断されている。
2. 保護者自身が参加に同意している。
3. 向精神薬を服用している場合は、プログラム開始前4週間以後の処方が固定されている。

1. Has been diagnosed with PTSD or a trauma-related disorder.
2. Have a parent or other caretaker who is available in treatment sessions.
3. Fixed medication regimen for at least 4 weeks prior to the treatment.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 活発な精神病症状や物質乱用のために重篤な機能障害や適応障害がある。
2. 重篤なうつ症状や自殺にまつわる問題がある。
3. 反抗や不服従、攻撃性や違法行為などの破壊的行動が優勢である。
4. 治療に参加予定の保護者などに上記の1,2,3の問題がある。

2. Presence of severe depressive symptoms and/or serious suicidal risk.
3. Presence of oppositional attitude, severe aggression and/or antisocial behaviors.
