本研究の目的は、若年健常者において、座位、立位および免荷立位でハンドエルゴメータ運動を実施した際の脈拍数応答を比較し、免荷立位における運動時の生理学的負担の特徴を基礎的に検討することである。

The purpose of this study was to compare heart rate responses during hand ergometer exercise performed in sitting, standing, and body weight supported standing positions in healthy young adults and to conduct a preliminary investigation of the physiological demands of exercise in the body weight supported standing position.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
医師から運動制限を指示されている者、循環器疾患や呼吸器疾患その他の運動実施に支障を来す疾患を有する者、高血圧症等に対して薬物治療を受けており研究代表者が運動実施上の安全性を十分に確保できないと判断した者、立位保持または上肢反復運動に支障を来す整形外科疾患や神経疾患を有する者、失神・強いめまい・貧血等の既往があり運動実施に支障を来す可能性がある者、測定当日に発熱・体調不良・睡眠不足等、研究実施者が安全な運動実施が困難と判断した者、その他に研究代表者または研究実施者が研究参加は不適切と判断した者。

Individuals who have been advised by a physician to restrict exercise; those with cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, or any other condition that may interfere with exercise participation; those receiving pharmacological treatment for hypertension or other conditions for whom the principal investigator determines that the safety of exercise cannot be adequately ensured; those with orthopedic or neurological conditions that interfere with standing or repetitive upper limb movements; those with a history of syncope, severe dizziness, anemia, or other conditions that may interfere with exercise participation; those with fever, poor physical condition, insufficient sleep, or other circumstances on the day of assessment that lead the investigator to judge that safe exercise participation is difficult; and those otherwise deemed inappropriate for study participation by the principal investigator or study staff.
