Participants will receive dual-task training combining face-to-face and online delivery for 1 hour per session, twice a week for 4 weeks.

（2）本研究の内容を理解し、本人の自由意志によって研究参加へのインフォームド・コンセントを提供できる者

(2) individuals who understand the study and are able to provide informed consent to participate voluntarily.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
（1）重度の高血圧、心疾患、運動制限を必要とする骨折の治療中など、医師から運動を制限するよう指示されている者
（2）研究責任者が、本研究への参加が困難であると判断する程度の認知機能障害を有する者

(1) individuals who have been advised by a physician to restrict exercise, including those with conditions such as severe hypertension, cardiac diseases, or undergoing treatment for fractures that require exercise limitation
(2) individuals with cognitive impairment that the principal investigator considers would make participation in the study difficult.
