本研究では臨床情報に加え、血液検体および確定診断のために採取された組織検体の残余検体における分子情報を取得することで、血管炎症候群における疾患特異的な病態を解明すること
を目的とする。また、各疾患における病勢および治療反応性と相関する因子を同定し、診断および治療戦略における有用性を検証する。

This study aims to elucidate disease specific pathophysiological mechanisms in vasculitis syndromes by obtaining molecular data from blood and tissue samples collected for definitive diagnosis. Furthermore, the study seeks to identify factors correlating with disease activity and treatment response in each condition and to evaluate their utility in diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.

難治性血管炎が疑われ、組織病理等による診断または治療を受ける患者で、
(1)本研究参加の同意を得られる患者
(2)20歳以上の患者
(3)共同研究医療機関への外来通院中または入院中の患者

Patients suspected of having refractory vasculitis who are undergoing diagnosis (e.g., via histopathology) or treatment, and who meet the following criteria:
(1) Patients who provide consent to participate in this study
(2) Patients aged 20 years or older
(3) Patients who are receiving outpatient care or are hospitalized at a participating medical institution

研究デザイン：症例対照研究
対象者の募集方法：2017年10月31日以降に関連医療機関を受診し選択基準に合致した患者および上記期日以前において関連医療機関を受診し組織生検を行い検体が保存されている患者。
測定する項目等：血液検体および組織検体を用いた分子情報（タンパク質や遺伝子の発現解析等）データの取得および臨床情報（臨床所見、治療反応性等）との関連性を検討する。

Study Design: Case-control study
Subject Recruitment: Patients who visited affiliated medical institutions on or after October 31, 2017, and met the inclusion criteria; and patients who visited affiliated medical institutions prior to that date, underwent tissue biopsy, and have preserved tissue samples.
Measurements/Analyses: Acquisition of molecular data (e.g., protein and gene expression analysis) using blood and tissue samples, and examination of the association with clinical information (e.g., clinical findings, treatment response).
