片麻痺者を対象に短下肢装具の底屈制動力の違いによる歩行時の下肢関節角度と筋活動の比較を行い，実用的な底屈制動力の調整機能を有するかを検証する．

This study compares lower-limb joint angles and muscle activity during walking in individuals with hemiplegia, using ankle-foot orthoses with varying degrees of plantarflexion resistance, to verify whether the devices possess a practical mechanism for adjusting plantarflexion resistance.

片麻痺を呈する脳卒中患者

Stroke patients presenting with hemiplegia
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
理学療法士の近位監視の状態で歩行が困難な者，意識障害や失語症により口頭指示の理解が困難な者，著しい膝関節の伸展制限または足関節の背屈制限を呈する者．

Individuals who have difficulty walking even with proximal supervision by a physical therapist; individuals who have difficulty understanding verbal instructions due to impaired consciousness or aphasia; and individuals exhibiting marked limitation of knee extension or ankle dorsiflexion.
