栄養順守スコア：以下の5項目を各4段階（1から4点）で評価した合計点（5から20点）（1）制限栄養素の管理（2）食品選択の適切さ（3）特殊ミルク・治療用食品の使用（4）食事記録の実施（5）外来間の自己管理度

Change in nutritional compliance score before and after the intervention (assessed by a registered dietitian). Nutritional compliance score: total score (5-20 points) based on the following 5 items, each rated on a 4-point scale (1-4 points): (i) Management of restricted nutrients; (ii) Appropriateness of food selection; (iii) Use of specialized formula and medical foods; (iv) Maintenance of dietary records; (v) Degree of self-management between outpatient visits

開発したWebアプリ（DiANA アプリ）を用いた栄養管理支援。対象患者・家族にWebアプリへのアクセス方法（QRコードまたはURL）を提供し、日常の食事管理に自由に使用してもらう。アプリは食品中のメチオニン・タンパク質・カロリーの自動計算および脂質・糖質・タンパク質からケトン比を自動計算する機能を有し、スマートフォン・タブレット・PCのいずれからでもアクセス可能である。介入期間は6ヶ月間とし、外来受診毎に管理栄養士が使用状況を確認する。

Nutrition management support using the developed web-based application (DiANA app). Patients and their families will be provided with access to the web application via QR code or URL and encouraged to use it freely for daily dietary management. The application automatically calculates methionine, protein, and calorie content of foods, as well as the ketogenic ratio derived from fat, carbohydrate, and protein content. The application is accessible from smartphones, tablets, and personal computers. The intervention period is 6 months, and a registered dietitian will confirm the usage status at each outpatient visit.

2. 発作管理のためにケトン食療法が必要な患者
3. スマートフォンまたはタブレット端末を日常的に使用できる患者または家族
4. 離乳食が開始されている患者
5. 本研究への参加について、患者本人または代諾者から文書による同意が得られた者
