災害時を想定した条件下において、少量の水による含嗽、含嗽剤を用いた含嗽、ウェットティッシュ等を用いた口腔内清拭が唾液中細菌数に与える影響を比較し、限られた水や資源の中で実施可能な口腔衛生管理方法を検討することを目的とする。

To compare the effects of oral hygiene management methods, including rinsing with a small amount of water, rinsing with mouthwash, and oral wiping with materials such as wet wipes, on salivary bacterial counts under simulated disaster conditions, and to evaluate feasible oral hygiene management methods that can be performed with limited water and resources.

少量の水による含嗽、含嗽剤（リステリン等）による含嗽、ならびにウェットティッシュ等を用いた口腔内清拭を実施し、各介入前後の唾液中細菌数を測定する。

Participants will undergo oral rinsing with a small amount of water, rinsing with mouthwash (e.g., Listerine), and oral wiping using materials such as wet wipes. Salivary bacterial counts will be measured before and after each intervention.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

18歳以上の健常成人ボランティアで、本研究の内容を理解し、本人の自由意思により文書で研究参加に同意できる者。

Healthy adult volunteers aged 18 years or older who understand the study and are able to provide written informed consent to participate of their own free will.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
使用する含嗽剤または清拭材料に対する過敏症の既往がある者、口腔粘膜に強い疼痛、炎症、潰瘍等を有する者、ならびに研究責任者が研究参加に不適当と判断した者。

A history of hypersensitivity to the mouthwash or oral wiping materials used in the study, severe oral mucosal pain, inflammation, or ulceration, or those judged by the principal investigator to be unsuitable for participation in the study.
