1. 介入4週間後検査における精子濃度、精子非前進運動率、精子不動率、運動精子濃度、前進運動精子濃度、正常形態率、精子運動性能指数 (SMI)、1射精当たりの精子数、1射精当たりの運動精子数、勃起時の硬さ、勃起の持続時間、射精の満足度、女性への興味、朝立ちの回数、勃起回数、AMSスコア、心理因子、身体的因子、性機能因子の実測値

2. 介入4週間後検査におけるAMSの各質問項目が介入前検査と比較して1段階以上改善した症例

3. 介入4週間後検査における遊離テストステロン、テストステロンの実測値

4. 有害事象を発現した症例

The measured values of sperm concentration, non-progressive motility rate, immotile rate, motile sperm concentration, progressive motile sperm concentration, normal morphology rate, Sperm Motility Index (SMI), total sperm count per ejaculation, motile sperm count per ejaculation, erectile rigidity, duration of erection, satisfaction with ejaculation, interest in women, frequency of morning erections, frequency of erections, Aging Males' Symptoms (AMS) score, psychological factors, physical factors, sexual function factors at 4w

2. Individuals whose response to the AMS improved by one or more scales at 4w compared to before intervention

3. The measured values of free testosterone and testosterone at 4w

4. Individuals who experienced adverse events

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 悪性腫瘍、心不全、心筋梗塞の治療中もしくは既往歴がある者

2. ペースメーカーや植え込み型除細動器を埋め込んでいる者

3. 以下の慢性疾患で治療中の者
不整脈、肝障害、慢性腎臓病、脳血管障害、リウマチ性疾患、糖尿病、脂質異常症、高血圧症、その他の慢性疾患

4. 無精子症と診断された者

5. 勃起不全 (Erectile Dysfunction; ED)・勃起障害と診断された者

6. ED治療を行っている者

7. 特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品を摂取している者

8. 医薬品 (漢方薬を含む)・サプリメントを摂取/使用している者

9. アレルギー (医薬品・試験品関連食品) がある者、特に柑橘類アレルギーがある者

10. 日常的に長距離のサイクリングを行う者

11. 日常的に長時間の入浴やサウナを利用する者

12. ダイエットを目的とした過度な運動やトレーニングを行っている者

13. 夜勤等で睡眠時間および睡眠習慣が不規則な者、生活習慣が不規則な者

14. 喫煙習慣がある者、または同意取得日の3か月以内に禁煙を始めた者

15. 日常的に多量 (60 g/日以上) のアルコールを摂取している者

16. 亜鉛、葉酸、アルギニンなどが含まれるサプリメントを摂取している者

17. その他、試験責任医師が本試験の対象として不適切と判断した者

英語
1. Individuals who are receiving treatment for or have a history of malignant tumors, heart failure, or myocardial infarction

2. Individuals who have an implanted pacemaker or implantable cardioverter defibrillator

3. Individuals who are currently undergoing treatment for any of the following chronic diseases:
cardiac arrhythmia, liver disorder, chronic kidney disease, cerebrovascular disorder, rheumatic disease, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, hypertension, or any other chronic diseases

4. Individuals who are diagnosed with azoospermia

5. Individuals who are diagnosed with erectile dysfunction (ED)

6. Individuals undergoing treatment for ED

7. Individuals who consume Foods for Specified Health Uses or Foods with Functional Claims

8. Individuals who are taking or using medications (including herbal medicines) or supplements

9. Individuals who are allergic to medications or foods related to the test product, particularly those allergic to citrus fruit

10. Individuals who cycle long distances daily

11. Individuals who regularly take long hot baths or use saunas

12. Individuals who are excessive exercising or training for diet

13. Individuals with irregular sleeping duration or patterns due to night shifts or similar work, or with irregular lifestyles

14. Individuals who currently smoke or began smoking cessation within three months before providing informed consent

15. Individuals who habitually drink >= 60 g/day of alcohol

16. Individuals who are taking supplements containing zinc, folic acid, arginine, etc.

17. Individuals who are deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the principal investigator
