目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
本研究は、DADパターンを含む様々な間質性肺炎および、間質性肺炎と鑑別が問題となる感染症、うっ血性心不全、癌性リンパ管症、急性呼吸窮迫症候群と診断された患者に対し、当該バイオマーカー候補の測定がDADパターンの診断予測に有用であるかどうかを前向きに検証することを目的としている。さらに、得られたバイオマーカー成績に基づいて、東ソー株式会社による間質性肺炎の診断試薬開発における利用を目指す。

This study aims to prospectively investigate whether measuring the candidate biomarker is useful in predicting the diagnosis of the DAD pattern in patients diagnosed with various interstitial pneumonias, including those with the DAD pattern, as well as infections that pose a diagnostic challenge to distinguish from interstitial pneumonia, congestive heart failure, carcinomatous lymphangitis, and acute respiratory distress syndrome. Furthermore, based on the obtained biomarker results, we aim to utilize them in the development of diagnostic reagents for interstitial pneumonia by Tosoh Corporation.

18歳以上で以下のいずれかに該当し、除外基準のいずれにも該当しない者
① 間質性肺炎と診断された者
② 呼吸器感染症と診断された者
③ うっ血性心不全と診断された者
④ 癌性リンパ管症と診断された者
⑤ 急性呼吸窮迫症候群と診断された者

Individuals aged 18 or older who meet any of the following criteria and do not meet any of the exclusion criteria:
1. Individuals diagnosed with interstitial pneumonia
2. Individuals diagnosed with respiratory infections
3. Individuals diagnosed with congestive heart failure
4. Individuals diagnosed with carcinomatous lymphangitis
5. Individuals diagnosed with acute respiratory distress syndrome

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

① 胸部画像検査において、新規陰影又は既存陰影の増悪のいずれも認めない者
② 入院中に血液検査が実施されない者
③ 検査入院など、病状の悪化を認めない者
④ 経過中胸部CT検査が実施されていない者
⑤ 必要な残余血清が存在しない者
⑥ 必要量の残余血清を確保できない者
⑦ 研究責任者が被験者として不適当と判断した者

1. Individuals who show neither new shadows nor exacerbation of existing shadows on chest imaging.
2. Individuals who do not undergo blood tests during hospitalization.
3. Individuals who do not show any worsening of their condition, such as requiring hospitalization for diagnostic tests.
4. Individuals who do not undergo chest CT scans during their stay.
5. Individuals who do not have the necessary residual serum.
6. Individuals who cannot secure the required amount of residual serum.
7. Individuals whom the principal investigator deems unsuitable as subjects.
