近年、大学生が生成AIを活用する機会は急速に増加している一方で、その依存的利用は深刻な社会的問題として顕在化している。しかし、生成AI依存傾向を示す大学生を対象とした臨床心理学的介入法は未だ実証的に検討されていない。本研究の主要目的は、生成AI依存傾向を有する大学生を対象として、IPCが生成AI依存傾向の改善に有効であるかを準無作為化比較試験により予備的に検討することとする。

In recent years, opportunities for university students to use generative AI have rapidly increased, while concerns regarding its dependent use have emerged as a significant social issue. However, clinical psychological interventions for university students exhibiting generative AI dependence tendencies have not yet been empirically examined. The primary objective of this study will be to preliminarily examine whether interpersonal counseling (IPC) is effective in reducing generative AI dependence tendencies among university students in a quasi-randomized controlled trial.

IPCによる生成AI依存傾向の改善と適応的コーピングの習得の関連性を検討し、IPCが生成AI依存傾向に効果を示す機序を探索する。また、ADHD特性およびASD特性を有する大学生の生成AI依存傾向に対するIPCの改善効果なども予備的に検討する。

This study will examine the association between improvements in generative AI dependence tendencies following IPC and the acquisition of adaptive coping strategies to explore the mechanisms through which IPC may reduce generative AI dependence tendencies. This study will also conduct preliminary analyses, including analyses examining the effects of IPC on generative AI dependence tendencies among university students with ADHD or ASD traits.

IPC群と傾聴群の2群間における介入前から介入4週間後までの各評価時点の高校生・大学生向け生成AI依存傾向測定尺度得点の変化量の差とする。

The primary outcome is the difference between the IPC and active listening groups in changes in the Generative AI Addiction Tendency Scale for High-School and University Students score from pre-intervention to each assessment time point up to 4 weeks after the intervention.

2.医療機関において何らかの疾患で治療中であり、主治医による研究参加の許可が得られない者
