To quantify the relative importance and average utility of key haemophilia B treatment attributes in driving treatment preferences among adult patients with haemophilia B receiving prophylaxis in Japan.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes
日本語
主要な質的アウトカムは、個人が特定できる情報を削除したインタビュー逐語録に基づき、日本の成人血友病B患者における疾患経験、治療負担、アンメットニーズおよび治療に関する意思決定を把握することである。質的インタビューで得られた結果は、日本の成人血友病B患者の実体験を理解するとともに、後続の定量的調査およびDCEの作成ならびに結果の解釈に用いる。
DCEアウトカムは、仮想的な治療選択課題に対する対象者の回答に基づき算出するRAIおよび平均効用とする。これらのアウトカムは、治療選好および治療属性間のトレードオフを構造化された方法で評価するために用いる。

The primary qualitative outcome will consist of themes derived from de-identified qualitative interview transcripts describing disease experience, treatment burden, unmet needs, and treatment-related decision-making. The primary quantitative outcomes will be DCE-derived RAI and average utility estimates derived from part-worth utilities.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

医師により血友病Bと診断されている者
血友病Bに対し、現在、予防治療を受けている者。予防治療とは、出血予防を目的として定期的または継続的に実施される治療を指し、凝固因子補充療法、バイパス止血製剤または非因子製剤等を含む。
18歳以上65歳以下の者
日本に居住し、日本語で研究資料を読解し回答できる者

Diagnosis of haemophilia B confirmed by a physician.
Currently receiving prophylactic treatment for haemophilia B, defined as regular or ongoing therapy intended to prevent bleeding.
18-65 years of age.
Residency in Japan and ability to read and complete study materials in Japanese.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

血液凝固異常症に関連する製品を取り扱う企業、団体または組織に雇用されている者

Participant is unable to provide informed consent.
Patient is not diagnosed with haemophilia B, for example haemophilia A.
Participant is employed by an entity associated with products for coagulation disorders.
