単独胸腔鏡下左心耳閉鎖術後3か月間は抗凝固療法を継続し，術後3か月時点で左心耳の完全閉鎖を確認した後，抗凝固療法を中止する．

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1．非弁膜症性心房細動を有し，待機的に単独胸腔鏡下左心耳閉鎖術を受ける患者
2．18歳以上の患者
3．CHA2DS2-VAScスコアが2点以上（女性は3点以上）の患者

1. Patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation who are scheduled to undergo elective stand-alone thoracoscopic left atrial appendage occlusion.
2. Patients aged 18 years or older.
3. Patients with a CHA2DS2-VASc score of >=2 (>=3 for women).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1)左室駆出率(LVEF)25%未満の患者
(2)片肺換気に耐えられない患者
(3)左胸腔鏡下手術の施行が困難と判断される左胸腔内高度癒着が予想される患者(左肺手術既往など)
(4)肥大型心筋症、または左心耳以外の左房内血栓の既往を有する患者
(5)左心耳閉鎖の有無にかかわらず、他の適応により長期抗凝固療法の継続が必要と判断される患者
(6)腎機能障害その他の理由により心電図同期造影CTを施行できない患者
(7)研究責任医師または分担医師が本研究への参加が不適当と判断した患者
(8)他の治験または介入試験に参加している患者または参加予定の患者

英語
1. Patients with a left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) <25%.
2. Patients who are unable to tolerate single-lung ventilation.
3. Patients in whom thoracoscopic surgery via the left thoracic cavity is considered difficult because of anticipated severe left pleural adhesions (e.g., previous left lung surgery).
4. Patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or a history of left atrial thrombus outside the left atrial appendage.
5. Patients who are considered to require long-term anticoagulation for other indications, regardless of left atrial appendage closure.
6. Patients who are unable to undergo ECG-gated contrast-enhanced CT because of renal dysfunction or other reasons.
7. Patients considered unsuitable for participation in this study by the principal investigator or study investigators.
8. Patients who are currently participating or plan to participate in another clinical trial or interventional study.
