Primary and secondary outcomes will be analyzed using repeated-measures multilevel mixed-effects models that account for repeated measurements within individuals and clustering of participants within the same worksite. The group x time interaction will be used to evaluate intervention effects. Worksite size (<10 vs. >=10 workers), which is used for stratified randomization, will be included as a covariate. Analyses will follow the intention-to-treat principle. Between-group differences at each time point, effect sizes (Cohen's d) and 95% confidence intervals will also be calculated.
Similar mixed-model analyses will be conducted to examine intervention effects in subgroups defined by worksite size (<10 vs. >=10 workers), cluster-level job crafting (lower vs. higher), and cluster-level work engagement (lower vs. higher). In addition, per-protocol analyses based on program completion status will be conducted as sensitivity analyses.
