目的/Objectives

日本語
本研究の主目的は、回復期リハビリテーション病棟に入院する脳卒中患者を対象に、入院後1週間以内における障害受容と心理社会的因子との横断的関連を明らかにすることである。副次目的は、入院後30日および60日における障害受容の経時的変化を把握し、その変化と心理社会的因子、身体機能および日常生活動作（ADL）との関連を探索的に検討することである。

The primary objective of this study is to investigate the cross-sectional association between disability acceptance and psychosocial factors within one week after admission among patients with stroke admitted to a convalescent rehabilitation ward. The secondary objective is to examine longitudinal changes in disability acceptance at 30 and 60 days after admission and to explore their associations with psychosocial factors, physical function, and activities of daily living (ADL).

入院後30日および60日におけるAcceptance of Illness Scale（AIS）総得点ならびに各評価時点間のAIS総得点の変化量。
入院後1週間以内、30日および60日に評価したBrunnstrom Recovery Stage（BRS）、Short Physical Performance Battery（SPPB）、Functional Independence Measure（FIM）、Multidimensional Health Locus of Control Form C（MHLC Form C）各下位尺度得点、日本語版ソーシャル・サポート尺度短縮版（MSPSS短縮版）得点およびそれらの経時的変化。

Total scores of the Acceptance of Illness Scale (AIS) at 30 and 60 days after admission and changes in AIS total scores between assessment time points. Brunnstrom Recovery Stage (BRS), Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB), Functional Independence Measure (FIM), Multidimensional Health Locus of Control Form C (MHLC Form C) subscale scores, and the Japanese short version of the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), assessed within one week, at 30 days, and at 60 days after admission, as well as their longitudinal changes.

2．脳梗塞または脳出血を呈し、回復期リハビリテーション病棟に入院した者
3．質問内容を理解し、自ら回答することが可能な者
4．本研究について十分な説明を受け、本人から文書による同意が得られた者

1.Patients aged 65 years or older.
2.Patients with ischemic stroke or intracerebral hemorrhage who are admitted to a convalescent rehabilitation ward.
3.Patients who are able to understand the questionnaire items and respond independently.
4.Patients who have provided written informed consent after receiving sufficient explanation of the study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1．重度の認知機能低下を認め、研究内容の理解または質問紙への回答が困難な者
2．失語症、高次脳機能障害等により、研究に必要な質問紙への回答に支障を認める者
3．意識障害を認める者
4．精神疾患の影響により研究参加が困難であると判断した者
5．研究参加への同意が得られない者

1.Patients with severe cognitive impairment that makes it difficult to understand the study or complete the questionnaires.
2.Patients with aphasia or higher brain dysfunction that interferes with completion of the questionnaires required for the study.
3.Patients with impaired consciousness.
4.Patients who are considered unable to participate in the study due to the influence of psychiatric disorders.
5.Patients who do not provide consent to participate in the study.

本研究は、回復期リハビリテーション病棟に入院する脳卒中患者を対象とした単施設前向き観察研究である。千里中央病院回復期リハビリテーション病棟への入院情報および診療録をもとに対象候補者を確認し、選択基準および除外基準を満たす者に研究参加を依頼する。対象者の募集期間は2026年10月1日から2027年7月31日までを予定する。入院後1週間以内の評価を用いた横断解析を主解析とし、障害受容と心理社会的因子との関連を検討する。副次解析として、入院後30日および60日に反復評価を行い、障害受容の経時的変化ならびに心理社会的因子、身体機能およびADLとの関連を探索的に検討する。研究目的の介入は行わない。

This is a single-center prospective observational study involving patients with stroke admitted to a convalescent rehabilitation ward. Potential participants will be identified based on admission information and medical records at the convalescent rehabilitation ward of Senri Chuo Hospital, and patients who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria will be invited to participate. The recruitment period is planned from October 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027. The primary analysis will be a cross-sectional analysis of assessments conducted within one week after admission to investigate the association between disability acceptance and psychosocial factors. As secondary analyses, repeated assessments will be conducted at 30 and 60 days after admission to explore longitudinal changes in disability acceptance and their associations with psychosocial factors, physical function, and activities of daily living (ADL). No study-specific intervention will be performed.
