思春期男子をもつ保護者に対して、ナッジを用いた HPV 関連疾患予防教材を提供し、息子への HPV ワクチン接種推奨意向、接種推奨行動、息子の HPV ワクチン接種、ならびに知識・態度・社会的認知への影響を評価する。

To provide a nudge-based educational material on HPV-related disease prevention to parents of adolescent boys and evaluate its effects on their intention to recommend HPV vaccination to their sons, recommendation behavior, sons' HPV vaccination status, and knowledge, attitudes, and social perceptions.

3.調査のバイアスとなり得る業種（マスコミ、広告、市場調査）に従事する保護者
4.息子のHPVワクチン接種状況が接種済み、不明の保護者

この研究は、先行して実施した前後比較研究（UMIN 試験 ID: UMIN000061609）で示された教材の受容性と実施可能性を踏まえ、その有効性をランダム化比較試験で検証する研究である。本研究は、文部科学省 日本学術振興会 科学研究費助成事業（基盤研究(C), 課題番号：24K13930, 24K14116）の助成を受けて実施する。

This study is a randomized controlled trial to evaluate the effectiveness of the educational material, based on the acceptability and feasibility demonstrated in a preceding pre-post study (UMIN Trial ID: UMIN000061609).
