本研究の目的は、①インソールなし、②樹脂パーツありインソール装着、③樹脂パーツなしインソール装着の3条件下において、看護業務に類似した3つの動作課題（立位でのPCキーボード入力、ベッド－車椅子間の重量物移乗、ベッド上患者への前傾姿勢でのケア）を実施した際の体幹部・臀部・大腿部・下腿部の筋活動（表面筋電図積分値）を比較し、インソール内の樹脂パーツの有無が身体各部の筋活動に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることである。あわせて、樹脂パーツありインソールを1か月間継続使用した後に同一条件下で筋活動を再測定し、継続使用に伴う筋活動の経時的変化を検討する。

The purpose of this study is to compare muscle activity (integrated surface electromyography values) in the trunk, buttocks, thigh, and lower leg under three conditions: (1) no insole, (2) an insole with a resin component, and (3) an insole without a resin component, while performing three movement tasks that resemble nursing duties (standing computer keyboard input, transferring a heavy load between a bed and a wheelchair, and providing care to a patient in bed while bending forward), in order to clarify how the presence or absence of a resin component in the insole affects muscle activity in each body region. In addition, muscle activity will be remeasured under the same conditions after one month of continuous use of the insole with a resin component, to examine changes in muscle activity over time with continued use.

各動作課題（立位でのPCキーボード入力、ベッド－車椅子間の重量物移乗、ベッド上患者への前傾姿勢でのケア）実施中における、体幹部・臀部・大腿部・下腿部の表面筋電図積分値（iEMG）の、3条件（①インソールなし、②樹脂パーツありインソール、③樹脂パーツなしインソール）間での比較。初回測定時、および樹脂パーツありインソールを1か月間継続使用した後の測定時のそれぞれについて評価する。

①インソールを使用しない状態で、立位でのPCキーボード入力（5分間）、ベッド－車椅子間の重量物移乗、ベッド上患者への前傾姿勢でのケアの3つの動作課題を実施し、体幹部・臀部・大腿部・下腿部の表面筋電図を測定する。5分以上の休憩の後、②樹脂パーツありインソールを装着した状態で同じ3つの動作課題を実施し、同様に測定する。さらに5分以上の休憩の後、③樹脂パーツなしインソールを装着した状態で同じ3つの動作課題を実施し、同様に測定する（初回測定、1日で実施）。その後、樹脂パーツありインソールを日常生活の中で1か月間継続して使用し、1か月後に同じ順序（①→②→③）で再度3つの動作課題を実施し、筋活動を再測定する。

Participants first perform three movement tasks (5 minutes of standing computer keyboard input, transferring a heavy load between a bed and a wheelchair, and providing care to a patient in bed while bending forward) without wearing an insole, while surface electromyography is recorded from the trunk, buttocks, thigh, and lower leg. After a rest of at least 5 minutes, participants perform the same three tasks while wearing an insole with a resin component, with the same measurements taken. After a further rest of at least 5 minutes, participants perform the same three tasks while wearing an insole without a resin component, with the same measurements taken (initial measurement, completed within a single day). Participants then continue to wear the insole with a resin component in daily life for one month. After one month, the three movement tasks are performed again in the same order (no insole, then insole with a resin component, then insole without a resin component), and muscle activity is remeasured.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

以下のいずれかに該当する者。①測定時点で上肢または下肢に痛みがある者、②測定時点で腰部に痛みがある者、③筋力・感覚に持続的な影響を残す神経筋疾患を有する者、④妊娠中の者。

Individuals meeting any of the following: (1) pain in the upper or lower limbs at the time of measurement, (2) low back pain at the time of measurement, (3) a neuromuscular disease causing persistent effects on muscle strength or sensation, or (4) pregnancy.
