選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

計画的かつ継続的なトレーニングを実施し (週3 回以上) 、競技会への参加を目的として運動を行う（Tier 2）男性。

何らかの疾患の治療のために特定の薬剤を服用している者および喫煙者は本研究から除外された。
