1. 18歳以上の健康な成人
2. 本研究の内容について十分な説明を受け、本人の自由意思により文書で同意した者
3. 研究期間中、指定された実験食の摂取および24時間蓄尿を含む研究手順を遵守できる者

1. Healthy adults aged 18 years or older.
2. Individuals who have received a sufficient explanation of the study and provided written informed consent voluntarily.
3. Individuals who are able to comply with the study procedures, including consumption of the provided experimental diets and 24-hour urine collection.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 腎疾患、心血管疾患、糖尿病、その他本研究への参加に影響を及ぼす可能性のある疾患を有する者
2. リン、カルシウム、ナトリウム等の代謝に影響を及ぼす可能性のある薬剤またはサプリメントを常用している者
3. 実験食に含まれる食品に対するアレルギーを有する者
4. 妊娠中または授乳中の者
5. その他、研究責任者が本研究への参加を不適当と判断した者

1. Individuals with kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, or other diseases that may affect participation in the study.
2. Individuals who regularly use medications or supplements that may affect phosphate, calcium, or sodium metabolism.
3. Individuals with allergies to any foods included in the experimental diets.
4. Individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
5. Individuals judged by the investigators to be unsuitable for participation in the study.
