選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1)　同意取得時の年齢が30歳以上50歳未満の健康な日本人女性
(2)　肌の乾燥とハリ・弾力の低下を自覚する者
(3)　同意取得前より化粧水および乳液によるスキンケアを行い、美容液、クリーム等を使用していない者で、研究期間中のスキンケアは指定品のみ使用することに同意する者
(4)　本研究の目的、内容について十分な説明を受け、同意能力があり、よく理解したうえで自発的に参加を志願し、書面で本研究参加に同意ができる者

(1) Japanese women aged 30-49 years at the time of informed consent.
(2) Individuals who feel dryness and decreased firmness or elasticity of the skin.
(3) Individuals who have used toner and emulsion for skincare prior to informed consent, have not used serums, creams, or other similar skincare products, and agree to use only the specified skincare products throughout the study period.
(4) Individuals who received sufficient explanation about the study and voluntarily provided written informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1)　肝疾患、腎疾患、糖尿病、皮膚疾患などの慢性疾患の既往または現病歴を有する者、通院・投薬治療をしている者
(2)　アトピー性皮膚炎の既往歴、またはアトピー素因を有する者
(3)　化粧品や皮膚に使用する医薬品に対するアレルギーの既往歴を有する者
(4)　過去6ヶ月以内に評価部位において美容医療や外科的処置を受けた者、または研究期間中に受ける予定がある者
(5)　過去4週間以内に評価部位において美容エステ、マッサージ、ピーリング等の施術を受けた者、ま　　　　たは研究期間中にその予定がある者
(6)　過去4週間以内に評価部位に皮膚疾患を発症し、治療を受けた者、または研究期間中にその予定がある者
(7)　現在、研究に影響を及ぼす可能性のある医薬品・医薬部外品、健康食品・サプリメント、スキンケア製品、美顔器等を継続的に使用している者
(8)　過去4週間以内に日常を超える紫外線曝露を経験した者、または研究期間中にその予定がある者
(9)　アルコールの過剰摂取または薬物依存、精神疾患の既往を有する者
(10)　喫煙習慣を有する者
(11)　昼夜交代勤務、睡眠障害等により生活リズムが不規則な者
(12)　研究に関連したアレルギー発症の恐れがある者
(13)　研究期間中に季節性アレルギーにより医薬品を使用する可能性がある者、または肌荒れの自覚症状がある者
(14)　研究期間中にマスク着用習慣を変更する予定がある者
(15)　妊娠、授乳中の者、または研究期間中に妊娠を希望する者
(16)　研究期間中に海外渡航または1週間以上の国内出張・旅行、生活環境変更の予定がある者
(17)　過去4週間以内に他の臨床試験に参加していた者
(18)　その他、研究責任医師が不適格と判断した者

(1) History of or current diagnosis of chronic diseases such as liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, or skin disorders, or current medical treatment or medication use.
(2) History of atopic dermatitis or atopic predisposition.
(3) History of allergies to cosmetics or topical medicinal products.
(4) Cosmetic medical or surgical procedures at the evaluation site within the past 6 months, or plans to undergo such procedures during the study.
(5) Beauty treatments, massages, or peeling procedures at the evaluation site within the past 4 weeks, or plans to undergo such treatments during the study.
(6) Skin disorders at the evaluation site treated within the past 4 weeks, or plans to receive such treatment during the study.
(7) Continuous use of medications, quasi-drugs, health foods, dietary supplements, skincare products, beauty devices, or other products that may affect study results.
(8) Ultraviolet exposure exceeding usual daily exposure within the past 4 weeks, or plans for such exposure during the study.
(9) History of excessive alcohol consumption, drug dependence, or psychiatric disorders.
(10) Regular smokers.
(11) Irregular lifestyles due to shift work, sleep disorders, or other reasons.
(12) Risk of developing an allergy related to the study.
(13) Potential need for medication for seasonal allergies during the study, or subjective symptoms of skin irritation.
(14) Planned change in usual mask-wearing habits during the study.
(15) Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or plans to become pregnant during the study.
(16) Planned overseas travel, domestic business trips or vacations lasting 1 week or longer, or changes in living environment during the study.
(17) Participation in another clinical study within the past 4 weeks.
(18) Considered unsuitable for participation by the principal investigator.
