目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
小児アトピー性皮膚炎患者において、既製品の包帯を用いた dry wrap 療法を標準治療に追加することが、4週間後のアトピー性皮膚炎重症度を標準治療のみの場合と比較して有意に改善させるかを明らかにすること

To determine whether adding dry wrap therapy using commercially available bandages to the standard treatment regimen for pediatric patients with atopic dermatitis results in a significant improvement in the severity of atopic dermatitis after 4 weeks, compared with standard treatment alone.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

①UK Working partyの基準で、医師によるアトピー性皮膚炎の診断がある1歳以上、15歳(中学3年生)以下の児。
②研究スクリーニングまでに、アトピー性皮膚炎に対する適切な標準的抗炎症治療を最低1か月間行っている児。
③四肢に明らかなアトピー性皮膚炎の症状が存在し、vIGA-ADが1以上である児。
④児の保護者が、軟膏治療や包帯による治療の遵守が可能である児。
⑤児および児の保護者の日本語の理解に問題がない児。
⑥本研究について文書による十分な説明を受け、保護者等代諾者の自由意思による文書同意が得られた児。なお、小学生以上の児においては本人の自由意思によるアセントを必須とする。

英語
1. Children aged 1 year or older and 15 years or younger who have been diagnosed with atopic dermatitis by a physician according to the UK Working Party criteria.
2. Children who have been receiving appropriate standard anti-inflammatory treatment for atopic dermatitis for at least one month prior to study screening.
3. Children with obvious symptoms of atopic dermatitis on their limbs and a vIGA-AD score of 1 or higher.
4. Children whose parents or guardians are able to ensure compliance with treatment involving ointments and bandaging.
5. Children for whom neither the child nor the parent or guardian has any difficulty understanding Japanese.
6. Children for whom a sufficient written explanation of this study was provided and written informed consent was obtained from a parent, guardian, or other authorized representative of their own free will. Note that for children in elementary school or older, the child's own free will consent is required.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①重篤な皮膚感染症の既往がある児。
②研究開始時に明らかな局所皮膚感染（蜂窩織炎、膿痂疹など）が疑われる児、もしくは抗菌薬の全身投与を要する感染症を合併している児。
③重篤な基礎疾患（先天性心疾患、重度の神経筋疾患、免疫不全症など）を有し、研究参加により安全性上の問題が生じると担当医が判断した児。
④包帯適用により外用薬の吸収効率が上がり、副作用発現の可能性が高まると主治医が判断した児。
⑤ 研究期間中の定期的な外来通院が困難と考えられる児

英語
1. Children with a history of severe skin infections.
2. Children with suspected active localized skin infections (such as cellulitis or impetigo) at the start of the study, or children with concurrent infections requiring systemic administration of antibiotics.
3. Children with serious underlying medical conditions (such as congenital heart disease, severe neuromuscular disorders, or immunodeficiency) for whom the attending physician determines that participation in the study would pose a safety risk.
4. Children for whom the attending physician determines that the application of bandages would increase the absorption rate of the topical medication, thereby raising the risk of adverse reactions.
5. Children for whom regular outpatient visits during the study period are deemed difficult.
