日本語
本研究の目的は、慢性期失語症者が日常生活においてスマートフォンを拡大・代替コミュニケーション（AAC）としてどのように活用しているかを調査することである。アンケート調査を実施し、対象者がコミュニケーションに困難を感じる場面、スマートフォンをコミュニケーションの代償手段として使用しているかどうか、コミュニケーションのためにスマートフォンをどのように使用しているか、また、スマートフォンを使用していない場合にはその理由を明らかにする。

The purpose of this study is to investigate how people with chronic aphasia use smartphones as augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) in daily life. A questionnaire survey will be conducted to identify situations in which participants experience communication difficulties, whether they use smartphones as a compensatory means of communication, how they use smartphones for communication, and reasons for not using smartphones when applicable.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
・慶應義塾大学病院、東京湾岸リハビリテーション病院・東京湾岸リハビリテーションセンターに通院または通所中である。
・自宅で生活を送っている。
・発症後6ヵ月以上が経過した失語症者、またはその同居家族。
英語
* Individuals who are receiving outpatient or day-care rehabilitation services at Keio University Hospital, Tokyo Bay Rehabilitation Hospital, or Tokyo Bay Rehabilitation Center.
* Individuals who live at home.
* People with aphasia who are at least 6 months post-onset, or their cohabiting family members.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
・知的機能の著明な低下を認める（レーブン色彩マトリックス検査（RCPM）での低下）
・意識レベルの低下により、自発的な行動が困難である。

* Individuals with marked cognitive impairment, as indicated by a low score on the Raven's Colored Progressive Matrices (RCPM).
* Individuals who have difficulty initiating spontaneous behavior due to a reduced level of consciousness.
