当社が開発した独自の大気圧低温プラズマ装置とハンドケア製品を組み合わせた「ゆびさきケア」が、一般生活者の指先環境および生活の質（QOL）に与える影響を多面的に検証し、その 有効性と実用的価値の検証

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and practical value of Yubisaki Care, a unique fingertip care method developed by our company that combines a proprietary atmospheric-pressure low-temperature plasma device, Plastas+, with a specialized serum. The study will comprehensively assess its effects on fingertip condition and quality of life (QOL) in the general population.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1．2026 年 9 月1日現在の年齢が40歳以上75歳以下の男女
2．指先の状態改善やケアに関心を有し、指先に関する何らかの軽度なトラブル（乾燥、爪の縦 じま、二枚爪、表面の荒れ、凹み、違和感等）を自覚している者
3．試験期間中は他のネイルケア製品（ネイルオイル、マニキュア、ジェルネイル、他の医療的 治療等）およびハンドケア製品を使用しないでいられる者
4．指定された毎日のセルフケア（角質調整剤やハンドクリームの塗布等）を継続して実施で きる者
5．日誌（紙媒体）を用いて、日々のケア実施状況や体調の変化、生活習慣を正確に記録できる者
6．本試験の目的および内容について十分な説明を受け、内容を理解 した上で、自発的な意思により書面にて参加の同意が得られる者

1. Subjects aged 40 to 75 as of September 1, 2026.
2. Individuals who are interested in improving and caring for their fingertips and who are aware of one or more mild fingertip-related concerns, such as dryness, vertical nail ridges, splitting nails, rough nail surfaces, nail depressions, or discomfort.
3. Individuals who either refrain from using other nail care products (e.g., nail oils, nail polish, gel nails, or other medical treatments) and hand care products during the study period.
4. Individuals who are able to consistently perform the specified daily self-care regimen (including application of the Specialized Serum and hand cream) throughout the study period.
5. Individuals who are able to accurately record their daily self-care activities, physical condition, and lifestyle habits using a daily journal (paper-based diary).
6. Individuals who have received a sufficient explanation of the purpose and procedures of this study, have understood the information provided, and voluntarily agree to participate by providing written informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 重篤な心血管障害、肝機能障害、腎機能障害、呼吸器障害、内分泌障害、代謝障害に罹患している者、またはこれらの既往歴がある者
2. 空腹時血糖値が126mg/dL以上またはHbA1cが6.5%以上の者
3. 消化器系の疾病で治療を受けている者､又は消化器系の手術歴のある者
4. 試験食品に含まれる原材料にアレルギーがある者
5. 血管収縮成分や甘草含有製剤など血糖値に影響を与える医薬品・医薬部外品を常用している者
6. 試験期間中、生活習慣（食事、睡眠、運動等）を大きく変える予定のある者
7. 喫煙習慣のある者
8. 多量飲酒者（純アルコールとして60g/日以上）
9. 夜勤等で生活習慣が不規則な者
10. 妊娠中もしくは授乳中の者、または妊娠の予定のある者
11. 過去3ヶ月以内に他の臨床試験に参加した者、および現在他の臨床試験に参加中の者
12. その他研究責任者が不適当と判断した者

英語
1. Individuals with severe cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, respiratory, endocrine, or metabolic disorders, or a history of such conditions.
2. Individuals with a fasting blood glucose level of 126 mg/dL or higher, or an HbA1c level of 6.5% or higher.
3. Individuals currently receiving treatment for gastrointestinal diseases or with a history of gastrointestinal surgery.
4. Individuals with known allergies to any of the ingredients contained in the study product(s).
5. Individuals who routinely use pharmaceuticals or quasi-drugs that may affect blood glucose levels, including vasoconstrictive agents and licorice-containing preparations.
6. Individuals planning to make significant changes to their lifestyle habits (including diet, sleep, and exercise) during the study period.
7. Current smokers.
8. Heavy alcohol consumers (equivalent to 60 g or more of pure alcohol per day).
9. Individuals with irregular lifestyle patterns, such as those engaged in shift work or night work.
10. Individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, planning to become pregnant during the study period.
11. Individuals who have participated in another clinical study within the past three months or who are currently participating in another clinical study.
12. Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation by the Principal Investigator.
