前立腺がん、尿路上皮がんに対して抗がん剤治療を行う患者のうち、Visual analog scale(VAS)を用いてしびれによる疼痛があると答えた患者を対象としてツムラ芍薬甘草湯を服用していただき、しびれによる疼痛、およびしびれが改善したかどうかを検討する。
研究対象者には、ツムラ芍薬甘草湯1日7.5gを3回に分割し、食前又は食間に経口投与する。投与期間は効果により異なる。

Among patients undergoing chemotherapy for prostate cancer or urothelial carcinoma, those who reported pain due to numbness using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) were asked to take Tsumura Shakuyaku-kanzo-to, and the study will examine whether the pain caused by numbness and the numbness itself improved.
Study participants will be administered Tsumura Shakuyaku-kanzo-to orally at a dose of 7.5 g per day, divided into three doses, to be taken before meals or between meals. The duration of administration will vary depending on the efficacy observed.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. VASによるしびれによる疼痛スコアが1点以上の患者
2. 前立腺がん、尿路上皮がんに対して抗がん剤投与中の患者
3. 同意説明文書の内容を理解し、自由意志で同意書に署名できる患者

1. Patients with a VAS pain score of 1 or more due to numbness
2. Patients currently receiving chemotherapy for prostate cancer or urothelial carcinoma
3. Patients who are able to understand the contents of the informed consent document and sign the consent form of their own free will
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 妊婦および授乳中の患者
2. 参加拒否の意思表示が確認できた患者
3. 認知症（PS2以上）
4. 精神病を有するために精神神経科に定期通院あるいは入院しており試験参加が困難と判断される患者
5. その他、本研究責任医師および分担医師が不適格であると判断した患者

3. Patients with dementia (PS 2 or higher)
4. Patients who, due to a psychiatric disorder, are receiving regular outpatient treatment or are hospitalised in a psychiatric ward, and are deemed unable to participate in the trial
5. Any other patients deemed ineligible by the principal investigator or co-investigators
