選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

以下の1)あるいは2)を満たすものを対象者とする。
1) 当施設にて行われる、全身麻酔下に顔面骨形成術を受け、術後に集中治療室で挿管人工呼吸器管理となる18歳未満の患者のうち、16歳未満では研究対象者にアセント文書を用いて説明を行い研究の参加の意思確認を得て、かつ代諾者に対して研究同意書を用いて説明し文書同意が得られたもの、16歳以上18歳未満では研究対象者および代諾者に研究同意書を用いて説明し文書同意が得られたもの
2) 当施設にて行われる、全身麻酔下に頸椎前方固定術を受け、術後に集中治療室で挿管人工呼吸器管理となる18歳以上の患者のうち、本研究の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られたもの

Eligible participants are those who meet either criterion 1) or 2) below.
1) Patients under 18 years of age who undergo facial bone reconstruction surgery under general anesthesia at this facility and are placed on intubated mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit postoperatively; for those under 16 years of age, the study must be explained to the participant using an assent form to confirm their willingness to participate, and the study must also be explained to the legal guardian using a consent form to obtain written consent; For patients aged 16 years or older but under 18 years, those for whom both the research subject and the surrogate have been informed using a research consent form and written consent has been obtained;
2) Patients aged 18 years or older who undergo cervical anterior fusion under general anesthesia at this facility and are placed on intubated mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit postoperatively, provided that, after receiving a thorough explanation regarding participation in this study, written consent has been obtained from the patient based on their own free will and full understanding.
