日本語
VRシステムを用いたプリズム順応課題を1回実施する。課題は、プリズム偏位なしで20回、プリズム偏位ありで100回、プリズム偏位なしで20回の到達運動を行う。プリズム順応課題実施前後に到達位置のx軸方向のずれを測定し、課題後の残効（after-effect）を評価する。

Participants perform one prism adaptation task using a virtual reality system. The task consists of 20 reaches without prism deviation, 100 reaches with prism deviation, and 20 reaches without prism deviation. The x-axis deviation of the reaching position is measured immediately before and after the prism adaptation task to evaluate the after-effect.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1．長崎大学病院脳卒中センターに入院した急性期脳卒中患者
2．BITおよびCBSにより半側空間無視（USN）を認めた患者
3．研究内容について説明を受け、本人または代諾者から文書による同意が得られた患者

1.Patients with acute stroke admitted to the Stroke Center of Nagasaki University Hospital.
2.Patients with unilateral spatial neglect (USN) identified by the Behavioural Inattention Test (BIT) and Catherine Bergego Scale (CBS).
3.Patients who provide written informed consent after receiving an explanation of the study, or whose legally authorized representative provides consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.過去に脳血管疾患の既往がある者
2.脳幹病変のある者
3.視覚障害のある者（未治療の眼科疾患のある者）
4.認知機能の低下を認める者（Mini Mental State Examinationが15点以下）
5.車椅子座位保持が困難な者，座位姿勢を保つ事による血圧変動がある者
6.その他，研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した患者

1.Individuals with a history of cerebrovascular disease
2.Individuals with brainstem lesions
3.Individuals with visual impairment (including those with untreated ophthalmic conditions)
4.Individuals exhibiting cognitive decline (Mini-Mental State Examination score of 15 or lower)
5.Individuals unable to maintain a seated position in a wheelchair, or those experiencing blood pressure fluctuations associated with maintaining a seated posture
6.Any other patients deemed unsuitable for the study by the principal investigator

本研究は2025年7月15日に研究対象者の組入れを開始した。研究開始後にUMIN-CTRへ登録するものであり、UMIN-CTR登録前に研究対象者の組入れおよび研究手順を実施している。研究計画書に基づき、研究対象者に対してOta test、1回のVRを用いたプリズム順応課題およびその後の残効評価、Simulator Sickness Questionnaire（SSQ）を実施する。Ota testにより身体中心性無視と物体中心性無視に分類し、プリズム順応課題後の残効を比較する。

Participants began to be enrolled in this study on July 15, 2025. The study is being registered with UMIN-CTR after the start of the study; therefore, participant enrollment and study procedures had already been initiated before registration with UMIN-CTR. In accordance with the study protocol, participants undergo the Ota test, one session of a virtual reality (VR)-based prism adaptation task followed by an assessment of the after-effect, and the Simulator Sickness Questionnaire (SSQ). Participants are classified into egocentric and allocentric neglect groups based on the Ota test, and the after-effect following the prism adaptation task is compared between the two groups.
