中学男子野球選手を対象として、投球時の肘を高く挙げるという口頭での運動指示が、投球動作のコッキング後期肩最大外旋時における肩・肘・体幹・骨盤の運動学的指標に及ぼす即時的影響を、モーションセンサー・ハイスピードカメラ・スピードガンを用いて検証すること。

To investigate the immediate effects of a verbal motor instruction to raise the elbow during pitching on the kinematic parameters of the shoulder, elbow, trunk, and pelvis at maximum shoulder external rotation during the late cocking phase of pitching in junior high school male baseball players, using motion sensors, high speed cameras, and a speed gun.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
中学校に在籍する男子野球選手で、研究参加へ保護者の同意が得られた者。右投げ投手であり、研究責任者が投球動作測定への参加が可能と判断した者。

Male baseball players enrolled in junior high school whose parents or legal guardians provided informed consent for participation in the study. Participants must be right-handed pitchers and judged by the principal investigator to be able to participate in pitching motion measurements.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

①研究参加時に肩関節、肘関節、上肢または腰部に疼痛を有する者。
②過去3か月以内に投球障害により医療機関で治療を受けた者。
③投球動作に影響を及ぼす可能性のある整形外科的疾患または手術歴を有する者。
④研究手順を理解し、規定された投球を遂行することが困難な者。

英語
1. Participants who have pain in the shoulder, elbow, upper extremity, or lower back at the time of study participation.
2. Participants who have received medical treatment for throwing-related injuries within the past 3 months.
3. Participants who have orthopedic diseases or a history of surgery that may affect pitching motion.
4. Participants who have difficulty understanding the study procedures or performing the prescribed pitching tasks.
