日本語
本研究の目的は、ICT機器である眠りSCAN（パラマウントベッド株式会社）による心拍数、呼吸回数および睡眠状況の遠隔モニタリングと、体調変化が疑われる場合の看護師による身体観察を組み合わせ、高齢者の体調変化の早期把握と必要時の医療相談・受診につなげる遠隔健康管理モデルを構築することである。さらに、本モデルの運用を通して、機器の導入・使用上の課題、看護師の使用感、認識された有用性等を探索的に評価し、本モデルの運用可能性を検討する。

The purpose of this study is to develop a remote health management model for older adults that combines remote monitoring of heart rate, respiratory rate, and sleep status using the ICT device Nemuri SCAN Paramount Bed Co., Ltd.with physical assessment by nurses when changes in health status are suspected. The model is intended to facilitate early identification of changes in health status and, when necessary, consultation with healthcare professionals or referral for medical care. In addition, through implementation of the model, this study will exploratorily evaluate issues related to the introduction and use of the device, nurses experiences with its use, and its perceived usefulness, and will examine the feasibility of implementing the model.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

共同研究機関が提供するサービスを利用している在宅または高齢者施設の療養者のうち、以下のいずれかに該当し、看護師が遠隔モニタリングの対象として適切と判断した者。

1.退院直後で健康状態の変化リスクが高い者
2.体調の急変が疑われるが、直ちに救急搬送を要する状態ではない者
3.その他、看護師が遠隔モニタリングの必要性を認めた者
なお、自宅在住者については、眠りSCANを使用するための電源を確保でき、使用に伴う電気料金を負担できる者とする。

Individuals living at home or in care facilities who receive services from a collaborating research institution and who are considered by participating nurses to be appropriate candidates for remote monitoring based on at least one of the following criteria:

Individuals who are at high risk of changes in health status shortly after hospital discharge;
Individuals in whom an acute change in health status is suspected but who do not require immediate ambulance transportation; or
Individuals for whom participating nurses otherwise consider remote monitoring necessary.
For participants living at home, an additional criterion is the availability of an electrical outlet for the use of Nemuri SCAN and the ability to bear the associated electricity costs.
