気道感染症その他疾病の診断等に資する人工知能を用いた医療機器の性能向上を含む開発等に活用することを想定し、気道感染症が疑われる患者の咽頭画像と臨床情報を収集してデータセットを作成する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1) インフルエンザ又は新型コロナウイルス感染症又は溶連菌感染症を疑い、インフルエンザ又は新型コロナウイルス感染症又は溶連菌感染症の検査(院内迅速検査)を 1 種類以
上予定又は施行した者
2) 同意取得時の年齢が 6 歳以上の者(ただし、小児科標榜のクリニックのうちアイリス株式会社より必要な説明を受けた施設では 4 歳以上の者も可とする。)
3) 本研究への参加にあたり、本人又は代諾者の自由意思による文書同意が得られた者

1) Patients suspected of influenza, COVID-19, or streptococcal infection, who are scheduled for or have undergone at least one rapid diagnostic test for these infections at the clinic/hospital.
2) Patients aged 6 years or older at the time of informed consent (patients aged 4 years or older are eligible at participating pediatric clinics that have received necessary guidance from AICE Inc.).
3) Patients (or their legally acceptable representatives) who have provided voluntary written informed consent to participate in this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1) 意識障害又は呼吸障害(呼吸不全)のある者
2) 研究機器使用により悪化する恐れのある中等度以上の歯肉又は歯の疾患又は動揺歯を有する者
3) 研究機器使用により悪化する恐れのある顎顔部、歯、口腔又は咽頭部に外傷又は損傷がある、もしくはそれらの部位の手術を 1 ヶ月以内に受けた者
4) 嘔吐を繰り返している者
5) 座位での撮影が困難である者
6) 往診で診察を受けている者
7) その他、研究責任者又は研究分担者が、本研究の対象として不適当と判断した者

1) Patients with impaired consciousness or respiratory distress/failure.
2) Patients with moderate-to-severe periodontal/dental diseases or loose teeth that could worsen by using the study device.
3) Patients with trauma or injury to the maxillofacial region, teeth, oral cavity, or pharynx that could worsen by using the study device, or those who underwent surgery on these parts within 1 month.
4) Patients with persistent/recurrent vomiting.
5) Patients who have difficulty maintaining a sitting position for pharyngeal imaging.
6) Patients receiving medical care via home visits.
7) Patients judged to be unsuitable for participation by the principal investigator or sub-investigator.
