1. 介入12週間後検査におけるPOMS2のTMD (Total Mood Disturbance得点)、怒り―敵意 (Anger-Hostility; AH)、混乱―当惑 (Confusion-Bewilderment; CB)、抑うつ―落込み (Depression-Dejection; DD)、緊張―不安 (Tension-Anxiety; TA)、活気―活力 (Vigor-Activity; VA)、友好 (Friendliness; F) の実測値

2. 介入12週間後検査におけるPOMS2のTMD、AH、CB、FI、DD、TA、VA、Fのスクリーニング検査からの変化量および変化率

3. 介入12週間後検査における疲労のVASの実測値、スクリーニング検査からの変化量および変化率

4. 有害事象を発現した症例

5. スクリーニング検査時に基準値内であった尿検査および末梢血液検査の各測定値が介入後において基準値外に変動した症例

用法・用量: 1日3粒を水またはぬるま湯と共に噛まずに摂取する。

※飲み忘れた場合は気が付いたときに摂取する。1日の用量はその日のうちに摂取し、翌日以降は持ち越さない。

Test product: Tablet containing rice bran extract
Administration: Consume three tablets per day with water without chewing.

*If a dose is missed, it should be consumed as soon as remembered. The daily dose should be consumed within the same day and should not be carried over to the following day.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 悪性腫瘍、心不全、心筋梗塞の治療中もしくは既往歴がある者

2. ペースメーカーや植え込み型除細動器を埋め込んでいる者

3. 以下の慢性疾患で治療中の者
不整脈、肝障害、慢性腎臓病、脳血管障害、リウマチ性疾患、糖尿病、脂質異常症、高血圧症、その他の慢性疾患

4. 特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品を摂取している者

5. 医薬品 (漢方薬を含む) ・サプリメントを摂取/使用している者

6. アレルギー (医薬品・試験品関連食品) がある者、特に、米アレルギーを有する者

7. うつ病や注意欠陥・多動性障害 (ADHD) 等の精神疾患の既往歴がある者

8. 夜勤等で睡眠時間および睡眠習慣が不規則な者

9. 生活習慣が不規則な者 (食事習慣、運動習慣、睡眠習慣など)

10. 慢性疲労症候群、更年期障害の治療中の者

11. 重量物の運搬等肉体労働に従事している者

12. スクリーニング検査時の問診で生活に大きな変化やイベントがあったと回答した者

13. 妊娠中、授乳中、あるいは試験期間中に妊娠する意思のある者

14. その他、試験責任医師が本試験の対象として不適切と判断した者

1. Individuals who are undergoing medical treatment or have a medical history of malignant tumor, heart failure, or myocardial infarction

2. Individuals who have a pacemaker or an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD)

3. Individuals who are currently undergoing treatment for any of the following chronic diseases: cardiac arrhythmia, liver disorder, chronic kidney disease, cerebrovascular disorder, rheumatic disease, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, hypertension, or any other chronic diseases

4. Individuals who are taking "Foods for Specified Health Uses" or "Foods with Functional Claims"

5. Individuals who are taking or using medications (including herbal medicines) or supplements

6. Individuals who are allergic to medications or foods related to the test product, particularly those who are allergic to rice

7. Individuals who have mental health issues such as depression disorder, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), or other issues

8. Individuals who have irregular sleeping time or habit due to work such as a late-night shift

9. Individuals who have irregular lifestyles (such as diet, exercise, and sleep)

10. Individuals who are undergoing medical treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome or menopausal syndrome

11. Individuals who work in physical labor such as transportation of heavy objects

12. Individuals who answered "there have been significant changes or events in life." on the medical questionnaire at Scr

13. Individuals who are pregnant, lactating, or planning pregnancy during this study

14. Individuals who are judged as ineligible to participate in this study by the physician
