地域病院において発達特性を有する学齢期の子どもを対象としたCO-OPの実施可能性を検討するとともに、介入で獲得したスキルや問題解決の枠組みが家庭および学校生活でどのように活用されるか、さらに教育機関との連携について探索的に検討する。

This study aims to examine the feasibility of implementing the CO-OP approach for school-aged children with developmental characteristics in a regional hospital, and to explore changes following the intervention, including how the skills and problem-solving framework acquired through the intervention are applied in daily life at home and school, as well as experiences of collaboration with educational institutions.

CO-OPアプローチ介入を1回60分、月2回を目安として全10回実施し、対象者が設定した３つの目標課題の達成を支援する。

The CO-OP approach will be provided for 60 minutes per session, approximately twice a month, for a total of 10 sessions, to support participants in achieving three self-selected goals.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

対象児：6～15歳の学齢児で、発達特性を有し、協調運動に困難が認められる者。保護者の研究参加への同意および本人の研究参加への賛意が得られる者。
対象者：対象児の保護者で、研究参加への同意が得られる者。対象児の担任教師で、研究協力への同意が得られる者。

School aged children aged 6 to 15 years with developmental characteristics and difficulties in motor coordination, whose parents provide informed consent and who provide assent to participate in the study.
Target person
Parents and teachers of eligible children who provide informed consent to participate in the study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
対象児：WISC-VでIQ 70未満の者、運動の困難さが神経筋疾患や変性疾患等の基礎疾患に起因する者、課題遂行に必要な指示の理解が困難な者、主治医が研究への参加が困難と判断した者、他院で作業療法を継続して受けている者。
対象者：質問紙への回答またはインタビューへの参加が困難な者。

Target child
Children who have an IQ below 70 on the WISC-V, whose motor difficulties are attributable to underlying conditions such as neuromuscular or degenerative diseases, who have difficulty understanding instructions necessary to perform the tasks, whom the attending physician determines to be unable to participate in the study, or who are continuously receiving occupational therapy at another institution.
Target person
Those who have difficulty completing the questionnaires or participating in the interviews.
