本研究は、訓練モードの反復使用に伴い病院連絡技能（AI採点得点）が向上するかを明らかにすることを主要目的とし、SBAR／MIST報告項目の網羅率の経時変化、症例カテゴリー別の得点推移、隊員属性・実施頻度との関連、アプリの実用性と受容性の把握を副次目的とする。

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate whether repeated use of the training mode leads to improvement in hospital communication skills, as reflected by AI-generated scores. Secondary objectives include assessing temporal changes in the completeness of SBAR/MIST reporting elements, comparing score trends across case categories, examining relationships between performance and participant characteristics or frequency of use, and evaluating the application's usability and acceptability.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

対象は白山野々市広域消防本部救急隊7隊の隊員とし、消防本部担当者が研究責任者作成の説明資料・スクリプトに基づき個別に説明する。担当者は同意状況を把握せず、同意書は封入のうえ研究事務局へ直接郵送、1週間以上の考慮期間を設ける。選定基準は、対象7隊に所属し救急業務に従事する救急救命士・救急標準/II課程修了者で、貸与端末を使用可能かつ文書同意を得た者。

The study population will consist of EMS personnel from seven ambulance units of the Hakusan-Nonoichi Wide Area Fire Department. Study information will be provided individually by designated fire department personnel using materials and scripts prepared by the principal investigator. Consent forms will be submitted directly to the study office in sealed envelopes, and a minimum one-week consideration period will be ensured.

Inclusion criteria are: (1) assignment to one of the seven participating EMS units; (2) engagement in ambulance services; (3) certification as an EMT or completion of the Standard/Level II EMT training course; (4) ability to use a loaned device; and (5) provision of written informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

除外基準は、研究期間中に長期休職・異動が予定される者、乗務予定のない者、アプリ開発・症例作成関与者および研究者本人とする。

Exclusion criteria are: (1) anticipated long-term leave or transfer during the study period; (2) no planned ambulance duty assignments; (3) involvement in application development or case creation; and (4) membership of the research team.
