本研究では、パーソン・センタード・ケアの実践、身体拘束最小化をめざした意識変容と転倒予防に関する看護実践能力の向上を目的として、認知症患者との対話を基盤とし、認知症高齢者の視点を重視したパーソン・センタード・ケアの実践を支援する対話型AI教育支援システム（認知症患者対話型AI教育支援システム）を開発し、その効果を検証する。

AI教育システムでは、対象者は4事例を用いた学習を行い、各事例において一定の到達基準（例：達成度80％）に達した後、次の事例へ進む。全事例を修了してパーソン・センタード・ケアに基づく看護実践の専門知識を習得する。

本研究では、JA静岡厚生連静岡厚生病院（265床：一般病棟130床〔7:1〕、地域包括ケア病棟40床〔13:1〕、回復期病棟95床〔13:1〕）において、認知症高齢者の入院が多い部署に勤務する常勤看護師、約180名を対象とする。

This study involves approximately 180 full-time nurses working in departments with a high number of elderly patients with dementia at JA Shizuoka Koseiren Shizuoka Kosei Hospital (265 beds: 130 general care beds [7:1], 40 community-based integrated care beds [13:1], and 95 post-acute care beds [13:1]).
