日本語
本研究は、北海道内で勤務する栄養教諭および学校栄養職員の職務の現状を明らかにし、本来求められる専門性を発揮するための支援につなげるため、アンケート調査を実施する。なお、この調査の結果をもとに、より詳細に栄養教諭の現状を把握するためにインタビュー調査（質的研究）を実施し、栄養教諭が専門性を発揮できるような支援策を講じることが最終的な目的である。

This study will conduct a questionnaire survey to clarify the current status of job duties among diet and nutrition teachers and school dietitians working in Hokkaido, aiming to provide support that enables them to fully exercise their expected professional expertise. Furthermore, based on the survey results, an interview-based qualitative study will be carried out to gain a more in-depth understanding of the challenges diet and nutrition teachers face, with the ultimate goal of developing support measures that empower them to maximize their professional expertise.

横断的質問紙調査
1.調査デザインおよび対象者の選定・リクルート
北海道内の公立小中学校および特別支援学校等に勤務する、全ての栄養教諭および学校栄養職員を対象とした横断研究。

2.データ収集方法
Webフォームまたは同封の紙媒体による自記式質問紙調査とする。所要時間は15分程度を想定する。

3.データ分析方法
対象者の基本属性や、各項目の回答の分布等を算出し、北海道における全体的な実態を把握する。
配置形態や業務時間の割合を独立変数とし、専門性発揮の達成度や強い困難感を従属変数として設定する。これに、年代や経験年数などを交絡因子として調整した多重ロジスティック回帰分析等を実施し、特定の勤務環境が専門性発揮を統計的に有意に阻害しているかを検証する。

Cross-Sectional Questionnaire Survey

1. Study Design, Selection, and Recruitment of Participants

A cross-sectional study targeting all diet and nutrition teachers and school dietitians employed at public elementary and junior high schools, special needs schools, and related institutions across Hokkaido.

2. Data Collection Method

A self-administered questionnaire survey will be conducted using either a web-based form or an enclosed paper questionnaire. The estimated completion time is approximately 15 minutes.

3. Data Analysis Methods

Baseline demographic characteristics of the participants and response distributions for each item will be calculated to determine the overall status across Hokkaido.

Multivariable logistic regression analysis and other relevant statistical tests will be performed, designating assignment types (staffing models) and the proportion of working hours as independent variables, and the achievement of professional expertise and high levels of perceived difficulty as dependent variables. By adjusting for confounding factors such as age group and years of experience, the study will examine whether specific working environments statistically significantly hinder the exercise of professional expertise.
