1．ICT生活習慣改善支援システムの利用状況
継続支援期間中（おおむね3か月間）におけるLINEを用いたメッセージ送受信の有無および回数、記録フォームへの入力状況、eラーニング教材の案内および視聴状況、ICT生活習慣改善支援システムの利用継続状況を評価する。

2．対象者側の受容性
支援終了時に、ICT生活習慣改善支援システムの使いやすさ、保健指導の受けやすさ、満足度、継続利用の意向、負担感および改善希望を評価する。

3．提供者側の実施可能性
支援終了時に、保健師等を対象として、ICT生活習慣改善支援システムの使いやすさ、通常業務の中での運用可能性、対象者対応のしやすさ、記録確認やメッセージ対応に伴う業務負担・心理的負担、運用上の課題および改善点を評価する。

1.Utilization of the ICT-based lifestyle improvement support system
During the intervention period (approximately 3 months), utilization will be assessed based on the presence and frequency of LINE message exchanges, use of the record form, provision and viewing of e-learning materials, and continuation of system use.
2.Acceptability among participants
At the end of the intervention, acceptability will be assessed in terms of usability of the ICT-based lifestyle improvement support system, ease of receiving health guidance, satisfaction, intention to continue using the system, perceived burden, and suggestions for improvement.
3.Feasibility among healthcare providers
At the end of the intervention, feasibility among public health nurses and other healthcare providers will be assessed in terms of system usability, feasibility of implementation in routine practice, ease of providing support to participants, workload and psychological burden associated with reviewing records and responding to messages, operational challenges, and areas for improvement.

日本語
特定保健指導対象者に対し、LINE公式アカウント、しまね電子申請サービスを用いた記録フォーム、およびeラーニング教材を組み合わせたICT生活習慣改善支援システムを用いて、特定保健指導を実施する。
研究参加登録後、保健師等が通常の特定保健指導の流れに沿って、健診結果の説明、生活習慣上の課題の整理および行動目標の設定を行う。その後、LINE公式アカウントを登録し、継続支援を開始する。
継続支援期間はおおむね3か月間とする。期間中、対象者は必要に応じて記録フォームに生活習慣の実践状況、体重、行動目標の達成状況等を入力する。保健師等は、対象者の入力内容、健診結果、行動目標および相談内容等を踏まえ、LINEのチャット機能を用いて生活習慣改善に関する助言、励まし、目標確認、相談対応およびeラーニング教材の案内等を行う。支援の頻度は対象者の状況に応じて実施し、固定しない。

Participants eligible for Specific Health Guidance will receive health guidance using an ICT-based lifestyle improvement support system that combines a LINE official account, a record form using the Shimane electronic application service, and e-learning materials.
After enrollment, healthcare providers will explain the participants' health examination results, identify lifestyle-related issues, and set behavioral goals in accordance with the usual process of Specific Health Guidance. Participants will then register the LINE official account and begin continuous support.
The intervention period will be approximately 3 months. During this period, participants will enter information on their lifestyle practices, body weight, and achievement of behavioral goals into the record form as needed. Based on these records, health examination results, behavioral goals, and consultations, healthcare providers will provide lifestyle-related advice, encouragement, goal review, consultation, and information on relevant e-learning materials through LINE chat. The frequency of support will be individualized according to participants' needs and will not be fixed.

1）島根県内の市町村に居住し、国民健康保険に加入しており、特定健康診査の結果に基づき特定保健指導の対象者として抽出された者
2）研究参加に同意した時点の年齢が40歳以上64歳以下の者
3）スマートフォンを所有し、ICT生活習慣改善支援システムの利用が可能な者
4）日本語による説明を理解し、研究内容について十分な理解の上で研究参加について判断が可能な者
5）研究参加について、本人から文書による同意が得られた者

1.Individuals who reside in a municipality in Shimane Prefecture, are enrolled in the National Health Insurance system, and have been identified as eligible for Specific Health Guidance based on the results of a Specific Health Checkup.
2.Individuals aged 40 to 64 years at the time of informed consent.
3.Individuals who own a smartphone and are able to use the ICT-based lifestyle improvement support system.
4.Individuals who are able to understand explanations provided in Japanese and make an informed decision regarding participation in the study.
5.Individuals who provide written informed consent to participate in the study.
