日本語
生活習慣病に関わる疾患のスクリーニングに腹部の超音波画像検査が行われるが、術者には長時間不自然な姿勢での超音波プローブ操作が求められるため、日本超音波医学会の提言書（超音波検査者が安全・快適で健康的に働くための提言；2014年3月）にも記載されている通り、筋骨格系障害やQOL低下に起因することが課題となっている。そこでこれらの課題を解決するために、我々は検査者の代わりに超音波画像検査を実施するロボットシステムを開発した。本研究では、開発した走査パス推定手法を用い、腹部大動脈を観察可能か評価することを目的とする。

Abdominal ultrasound examinations are performed to screen for lifestyle-related diseases; however, because the examiner is required to manipulate the ultrasound probe while maintaining an unnatural posture for extended periods, this practice can lead to musculoskeletal disorders and a decline in quality of life - as noted in the Japan Society of Ultrasound in Medicine's recommendation document, which has become a significant issue. Therefore, to address these challenges, we have developed a robotic system that performs ultrasound imaging in place of the examiner. The objective of this study is to evaluate whether the abdominal aorta can be visualized using the scan path estimation method we developed.
