日本語
生活習慣病に関わる疾患のスクリーニングに腹部の超音波画像検査が行われるが、術者には長時間不自然な姿勢での超音波プローブ操作が求められるため、筋骨格系の障害が多数報告されており、高い有病率となっている。そこでこれらの課題を解決するために、我々は検査者の代わりに超音波画像検査を実施するロボットシステムを開発した。本研究では、胆嚢や肝臓、腎臓の観察に用いられる右肋骨弓下走査を対象に、我々が開発した陰影回避のロボットアームの制御手法の有用性を検証することを目的とする。

Abdominal ultrasound examinations are performed to screen for lifestyle-related diseases; however, because the operator is required to manipulate the ultrasound probe while maintaining an unnatural posture for extended periods, numerous cases of musculoskeletal disorders have been reported, resulting in a high prevalence rate. To address these challenges, we have developed a robotic system that performs ultrasound examinations in place of the operator. In this study, we aim to verify the effectiveness of the control method we developed for a shadow-avoidance robotic arm, focusing on subcostal scanning of the right side, which is used to examine the gallbladder, liver, and kidneys.
