パーキンソン病患者を対象にアンケート調査を実施し、パーキンソン病のウェアリングオフによる症状の発現タイミングの実態を明らかにすることを目的とする。

The purpose of this study is to conduct a questionnaire survey among patients with Parkinson's disease and to clarify the actual timing of symptom occurrence associated with wearing-off in Parkinson's disease.

・レボドパ製剤を服用してから、薬の効果が切れるまでの時間の長さ（ウェアリングオフが起こるまでの時間の長さ）が日ごとに変動する症状の種類、および当該変動を経験する患者の割合

3.パーキンソン病の確定診断を受けていると自己申告のある者
4.経口レボドパ製剤を1日3回以上服用している者

1. Patients who have provided informed consent to participate in this study.
2. Patients aged >=18 years at the time of consent.
3. Patients who self-report a confirmed diagnosis of Parkinson's disease.
4. Patients who take oral levodopa formulations at least three times per day.

本研究は、パーキンソン病患者を対象とした前向き横断的Webアンケート調査研究である。レボドパ製剤服用後からウェアリングオフ発現までの時間及び特定の時間帯におけるウェアリングオフ発現の有無について、日ごとの変動を患者の自己申告により調査する。また、これらの変動と、日常生活における支障の度合い、治療又は対処への意向及びウェアリングオフ治療段階との関連を検討する。研究対象者は、あらかじめ定めた選択基準及び除外基準に基づき募集する。

This is a prospective cross-sectional web-based questionnaire study in patients with Parkinson's disease. Patient-reported day-to-day variability in the duration from levodopa administration to wearing-off onset and in the occurrence of wearing-off during specific time periods will be assessed. Associations of such variability with impairment in daily living, intentions regarding treatment or coping strategies, and the stage of wearing-off treatment will also be examined. Participants will be recruited according to the predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria.
