三尖弁を中心とした心臓解剖の理解を深めるための教育ツールとして開発したハンドモデルの有用性を、解剖図のみを用いた従来の教育と比較して、無作為化比較試験により検証する。

教育介入2週間後に被検者が描いた三尖弁を含む心臓解剖図の得点（あらかじめ定めた採点基準に基づき、盲検化された2名の心エコー図専門医が採点）。ハンドモデル群（HM群）と対照群（C群）で比較する。

Score of the hand-drawn sketch of cardiac anatomy including the tricuspid valve at 2 weeks after the educational intervention, graded by two blinded echocardiography specialists using a predefined scoring sheet, compared between the hand model (HM) group and the control (C) group.

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

1) 対照群において2週間後の評価後に実施したハンドモデル教育の効果（3ヶ月後の得点）。2) ベースライン（教育前）、教育直後、および3ヶ月後の各時点における両群の得点。3) 卒後年数（年次）および職種によるハンドモデル介入効果の差異。

【HM群（ハンドモデル群）】研究参加確定後、教育前に2分程度で三尖弁を含む心臓構造の図を記載する（ベースライン）。その後、解剖図の提示に加えてハンドモデルを用いた約5分間の教育を受ける。教育直後、2週間後、3ヶ月後の各時点で、資料を見ない状態で2分程度の時間をかけて三尖弁を含む心臓構造の図を記載する。

Hand model (HM) group: After enrollment and before any education, participants draw a sketch of cardiac structures including the tricuspid valve within about 2 minutes (baseline). They then receive approximately 5 minutes of education using an anatomical illustration plus the hand model. Participants draw the same sketch again within about 2 minutes, without access to any materials, immediately after the education, at 2 weeks, and at 3 months.

【C群（対照群）】研究参加確定後、教育前に2分程度で三尖弁を含む心臓構造の図を記載する（ベースライン）。その後、解剖図のみを用いた約5分間の教育を受ける。教育直後および2週間後に、資料を見ない状態で2分程度で図を記載する。2週間後の記載終了後にハンドモデルを用いた約5分間の教育を受け、3ヶ月後に同様に図を記載する。

Control (C) group: After enrollment and before any education, participants draw a sketch of cardiac structures including the tricuspid valve within about 2 minutes (baseline). They then receive approximately 5 minutes of education using the anatomical illustration only. They draw the sketch again immediately after the education and at 2 weeks, without access to any materials. After the 2-week assessment, they receive approximately 5 minutes of education using the hand model, and draw the sketch again at 3 months.

同意を取得した当院（帝京大学医学部附属病院）に勤務する医師（初期研修医、内科、心臓血管外科、麻酔科）および当院の生理機能検査技師。

Physicians working at the study institution (junior residents, internal medicine, cardiovascular surgery, and anesthesiology) and cardiac sonographers of the institution, who have provided written informed consent.
