目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
高濃度のS1PC（20㎎）+NMNを配合した商品（製品名「IMAI-S1」）の摂取前・摂取中・摂取後の検診及び血液学的検査、血液生化学検査による安全性を評価する.
摂取前・摂取中・摂取後の睡眠・体調全般、肌・頭髪の具合の評価、血液細胞中および血漿中NAD＋合成関連成分濃度、血漿NAD＋合成関連活性（eNAMPT量）など血漿および血液細胞成分の解析による有効性を評価する。

To evaluate the safety of intake of the product containing a high concentration of S1PC (20 mg) plus NMN (product name:IMAI-S1) through medical examinations, hematological tests, and blood biochemical tests conducted before, during, and after intake.
To evaluate efficacy by assessing sleep, overall physical condition, and the condition of skin and hair before, during, and after intake, as well as by analyzing plasma and blood cell components, including the concentrations of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide synthesis-related components in blood cells and plasma, and related activity, such as eNAMPT levels before and after the intake.

①本研究の目的、内容について十分な説明を受け､同意能力があり､十分に理解した上で自由意思により志願し、文書で参加に同意した方
②同意取得時の年齢が40歳以上成人男女

1. Individuals who have received a full explanation of the purpose and contents of this study, have the capacity to provide consent, have sufficiently understood the explanation, voluntarily wish to participate of their own free will, and have provided written consent to participate.

2. Adult men and women who are aged 40 years or older at the time consent is obtained.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①　最近2週間でNAD中間代謝産物（複合ビタミン、ニコチンアミドモノヌクレオチド（NMN））を含む医薬品、保健機能食品（特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品および栄養機能食品）などを常用している方
②　重度な消化器疾患、肝疾患、腎疾患、循環器疾患、血液疾患、内分泌系疾患、または悪性新生物が疑われる方、またはその既住がある方
③　授乳中の方、妊娠している方、試験期間中に妊娠の予定、希望がある方
④　抗凝固薬摂取中の方
⑤　調査成分の原材料（ニンニク）に極度なアレルギーの既往がある方
⑥　その他、調査実施責任者、調査実施協力者が調査対象として適切でないと判断した方

1. Individuals who have regularly consumed pharmaceuticals or health related products containing nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide intermediate metabolites such as vitamin complexes or nicotinamide mononucleotide or NMN within the past two weeks.
2. Individuals with or suspected of having severe gastrointestinal, hepatic, renal, cardiovascular, hematological, or endocrine disorders, or malignant neoplasms, or a history thereof.
3. Individuals who are breastfeeding or pregnant, or who plan or wish to become pregnant during the study period.
4. Individuals currently taking anticoagulant medication.
5. Individuals with a history of severe allergy to the raw material of the test ingredient (garlic).
6. Individuals otherwise deemed unsuitable for the study by the principal investigator or study collaborators.
