聞こえにくい方を対象にオンライン聴覚検査を実施し、病院で行う語音明瞭度検査に対するオンライン語音明瞭度検査の同等性を検証する。また、オンライン音感検査（MBEA）と語音明瞭度検査の結果を比較し、難聴者の音楽知覚能と語音弁別能との関係を検討する。

To evaluate the equivalence of an online speech discrimination test to a hospital-based speech discrimination test in people with hearing difficulties. In addition, the study will investigate the relationship between music perception and speech discrimination by comparing the results of the online Montreal Battery of Evaluation of Amusia (MBEA) with speech discrimination test results.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

病院で実施する67-S語表による語音明瞭度検査結果とオンラインで実施する語音明瞭度検査結果の同等性。両検査結果の差の95% Coverage Intervalが±5%以内であることを同等性の基準とする。オンライン聴覚検査は病院での検査後30日以内に実施する。

Equivalence between speech discrimination scores obtained using the word list in the hospital and those obtained using the online speech discrimination test. Equivalence is defined as a 95% coverage interval for the difference between the two test results within 5%. The online hearing test will be performed within 30 days after the hospital-based assessment.
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

年齢、聴力レベル、補聴器または人工内耳装用の有無による、病院およびオンラインでの語音明瞭度検査結果のサブグループ解析。

耳鼻咽喉科にて聴覚閾値検査と語音明瞭度検査を受けた患者
18歳以上で、患者本人による同意が得られた者

Patients who have undergone hearing threshold and speech discrimination tests in an otorhinolaryngology department.
Patients aged 18 years or older who have provided informed consent to participate in the study.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

インターネットに接続できないなど、オンラインでの検査環境にない者
研究責任者、研究分担者が本研究の参加について適切でないと判断した者

Individuals without an appropriate environment for online testing, such as those without Internet access.
Individuals considered inappropriate for participation in this study by the principal investigator or study investigators.
