大うつ病性障害治療後に復職支援の標準コース（6か月）、短期コース（１か月）でのリワークプログラムに参加し、リワーク終了後8か月経過時、14か月経過時に就労を継続している者、継続していない者の特徴を把握する

To identify the characteristics of individuals who participated in either a standard 6-month or short-term 1-month return-to-work (rework) program following treatment for major depressive disorder, comparing those who maintained employment with those who did not at 8 and 14 months after completion of the rework program.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
１．うつ病またはうつ状態により休職中である者。
２．成人の就労者である者。
３．研究実施施設のリワークプログラムに参加する者。
４．リワーク開始時点で、短期コース（約1か月）または標準コース（6－7か月）に登録されている者。
５．研究内容を理解し、研究参加について同意が得られた者。

Individuals who are on leave from work due to depression or a depressive state
Adults who are employed
Individuals who participate in the rework program at the study site
Individuals who are enrolled in either the short term course of approximately 1 month or the standard course of 6 to 7 months at the start of the rework program
Individuals who are able to understand the study procedures and provide informed consent to participate
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
双極性障害、統合失調症スペクトラム障害、重度の物質使用障害、明らかな神経認知障害を有する者、主要評価項目の重大な欠測が見込まれる者、追跡不能が予想される者

Individuals with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, severe substance use disorders, or evident neurocognitive disorders; those expected to have substantial missing data for the primary outcome measures; and those anticipated to be lost to follow-up.
