日本語
本研究の目的は、健常若年者および地域在住高齢者を対象として、指先への微小な振動触覚刺激によって生じるLight touch contact（LT）が立位姿勢制御に及ぼす影響を検証するとともに、LTによる姿勢安定化に関連する脳活動特性を明らかにすることである。さらに、若年者と高齢者を比較することにより、LTによる姿勢安定効果およびその神経生理学的メカニズムの加齢に伴う変容を明らかにする。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of light touch contact (LT), induced by subtle vibratory stimulation applied to the fingertip, on standing postural control in healthy young adults and community-dwelling older adults, and to characterize the brain activity associated with LT-induced postural stabilization. In addition, by comparing young and older adults, this study aims to clarify age-related changes in the postural stabilization effects of LT and their underlying neurophysiological mechanisms.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

日本語
60秒間の閉眼・閉脚立位における、指先への振動触覚刺激あり条件（Light touch条件）と振動触覚刺激なし条件との重心動揺指標の差。重心動揺指標として軌跡長および外周面積等を評価し、Light touchによる姿勢安定効果を検証する。また、若年者と高齢者の間でLight touchによる重心動揺の変化を比較する。

Differences in center-of-pressure (COP) sway measures between the fingertip vibration condition (light touch condition) and the no-vibration condition during 60-second eyes-closed, feet-together standing. COP measures, including trajectory length and outer peripheral area, will be evaluated to determine the postural stabilization effect of light touch. Changes in COP sway induced by light touch will also be compared between young and older adults.

・研究で規定した立位課題を実施可能な者
・本研究の目的および内容について十分な説明を受け、研究参加について本人から書面による同意が得られた者

Individuals who are able to perform the standing task specified in the study protocol
Individuals who have received a sufficient explanation of the purpose and procedures of the study and provided written informed consent to participate
