救急看護師を対象とした惨事ストレス予防教育プログラムの開発に向けて、救急看護師および救急部門の師長、看護部教育担当者等が捉える惨事ストレスの実態、現在の支援体制、教育上の課題、予防的支援に対するニーズを明らかにすることである。

The aim of this study is to explore perceptions of critical incident stress, current support systems, educational challenges, and needs for preventive support among emergency nurses, nurse managers in emergency departments, and nursing education personnel, to inform the development of a critical incident stress prevention education program for emergency nurses.

・救命救急センター等の救急部門で5年以上の勤務経験を有する者
・研究内容について説明を受け、文書による同意が得られた者

2．救急部門の管理者・教育担当者等
・救急部門の師長、または看護部において教育に携わる者
・研究内容について説明を受け、文書による同意が得られた者

Nurses with at least 5 years of experience working in an emergency care department, such as an emergency and critical care center
Individuals who have received an explanation of the study and provided written informed consent

Emergency department managers and nursing education personnel

本研究は、救急看護師および救急部門の管理者・教育担当者等を対象とした質的記述的研究である。半構造化面接により、救急看護師の惨事ストレスの実態、現在の支援体制、教育上の課題、および予防的支援に対するニーズについてデータを収集し、質的に分析する。

This is a qualitative descriptive study involving emergency nurses and managers or educators responsible for emergency nursing.
