日本語
本研究の目的は、壁支持条件下で行う片脚カーフレイズと、従来型片脚カーフレイズにおける下腿筋活動（腓腹筋内側頭、ヒラメ筋、長母指屈筋、前脛骨筋）を表面筋電図により比較し、壁支持が筋活動に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることである。

The purpose of this study is to compare lower-leg muscle activity (medial gastrocnemius, soleus, flexor hallucis longus, and tibialis anterior) between wall-supported and conventional single-leg calf raises using surface electromyography, and to clarify the effects of wall support on muscle activation.

乱数表によりランダム化された順序で以下の2条件の片脚カーフレイズ課題を各5回実施する。
壁支持カーフレイズ条件：踵部、殿部、背部を壁に接触させた状態で、利き足により足関節最大底屈位まで踵上げを行う。
従来型カーフレイズ条件：壁に正対し、バランス保持のために両手指を壁に軽く接触させた状態で、利き足により足関節最大底屈位まで踵上げを行う。

Participants will perform 5 repetitions of single-leg heel-raise tasks under the following two conditions in a randomized order determined by a random number table
Wall-supported heel-raise condition: Participants perform maximum single-leg heel raises on their dominant leg while maintaining contact of their heel, buttocks, and back against a wall.
Conventional heel-raise condition: Participants face a wall and perform maximum single-leg heel raises on their dominant leg while lightly touching the wall with their fingertips solely for balance maintenance.

・同意取得時の年齢が18歳以上30歳以下の男性
・日常生活に支障のない健常成人
・本研究について十分な説明を受け、本人の自由意思により文書同意が得られた者

Healthy males aged between 18 and 30 years at the time of providing informed consent
Healthy adults with no difficulties in activities of daily living
Individuals who received a full explanation of the study and provided written informed consent of their own free will

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・直近6か月以内に下肢に傷害を負った者
・下肢の筋力発揮に影響を及ぼす筋疾患または神経疾患を有する者
・電極貼付部位に皮膚疾患、創傷、炎症を有する者
・その他、研究責任者または研究担当者が対象者として不適当と判断した者

Individuals with lower extremity injuries within the past 6 months
Individuals with neuromuscular diseases that affect lower limb muscle strength generation
Individuals with skin diseases, wounds, or inflammation at the electrode placement sites
Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation by the principal investigator or sub-investigators
