プレホスピタル領域における救急隊員の臨床判断（病態評価、鑑別診断、搬送先選定）において、AI（人工知能）による鑑別診断支援を救急隊員が補助的に利用することが、臨床判断の質（病態評価の正確性、鑑別診断リストの妥当性、搬送先病院選定の適切性）に与える影響を定量的に評価すること。

To quantitatively evaluate how the auxiliary use of AI diagnostic tools affects the quality (accuracy, validity, and appropriateness) of paramedics' clinical judgments, including condition assessment, differential diagnosis, and hospital destination selection.

現役の救急隊員または救急救命士であること。本研究の目的と方法について十分な説明を受け、自由意思による文書での同意が得られた者。
