本研究の目的は、成長期野球選手における腰部障害発症に関連する可能性のある動作特徴を明らかにし，将来的な腰部障害予防のための簡便な動作評価方法の開発に向けた知見を得ることを目的とする。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the association between kinematic indices obtained using AI based motion analysis during pitching and basic movement tasks and the onset of low back pain with participation restriction knowledge for developing a simple movement assessment method for future prevention of low back pain.

1．地域の野球チームまたは学校の野球部に所属する中学生・高校生
2．研究内容について説明を受け、対象者本人および保護者からの同意が得られた者
3．性別不問

1. Junior high school or high school students who belongs to a community baseball team or a school baseball club.
2. Participants who have received an explanation of the study and for whom consent has been obtained from both the participant and their guardian.
3. Participants pf any sex.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1．測定時点で腰部、肩、肘、下肢などの障害または疼痛により、動作課題の遂行が困難である者
2．医師または研究者により、動作課題の実施が安全上適切でないと判断された者
3．撮影または動作解析に必要なデータを取得できなかった者

1. Participants who have difficulty performing the movement tasks due to injury or pain in the low back pain, shoulder, elbow, lower extremity, or other body regions at the time of measurement.
2. Participants who are judged by a physician or researcher to be unsuitable for preforming the movement tasks for safety reasons.
3. Participants from whom the data required for video recording or motion analysis cannot be obtained.

本研究は，成長期野球選手を対象とした前向き観察研究である．ベースライン時に，スマートフォンを用いた動作解析AIにより，投球動作，前屈，後屈，四つ這い胸椎回旋運動を撮影・解析し，胸椎，腰椎，股関節のキネマティクス指標を取得する．その後，追跡期間中にフォローアップを実施し，参加制限を伴う腰部障害イベントの発症を前向きに調査する．

主要評価項目：参加制限を伴う腰部障害イベントの初回発症までの期間

主要説明変数：投球動作中の最大腰椎伸展角度，最大腰椎回旋角度

本研究では，これらの動作解析AI指標と，参加制限を伴う腰部障害イベントの初回発症までの期間との関連を検討する．

英語
This is a prospective observational study of youth baseball players. At baseline, pitching motion, standing forward flexion, standing extension and quadruped thoracic rotation will be recorded and analyzed using smartphone-based AI motion analysis. Kinematic indices of the trunk, lumber spine, thoracic spine, and hip joint will be obtained. During the follow-up period, weekly questionnaires will be used to prospectively investigate the onset of low back pain events with participation restriction.
The primary outcome is the time to the first onset of a low back pain event with participation restriction during the follow up period.
The explanatory valuables are maximum lumber extension angle and maximum lumber rotation angle during pitching motion.
This study will examine the association between these AI-based motion analysis indices and the time to the first onset of low back disorder events with participation restriction.
