日本語
サトウキビ搾汁残渣（バガス）を添加した冷製菓子（アイスクリーム）の単回摂取が、食後血糖値の上昇やインスリン分泌に及ぼす影響、および大腸内での腸内細菌による発酵・利用性（呼気水素ガス排出動態）を評価し、その生体利用性と安全性を明らかにすることである。

To evaluate the effects of a single ingestion of a cold confection (ice cream) containing sugarcane bagasse on postprandial blood glucose and insulin levels, and to assess its fermentability and utilization by gut microbiota in the large intestine (via breath hydrogen output), thereby clarifying its bioavailability and safety in humans.

呼気水素ガス濃度（試験物質摂取前（0分）、摂取後14時間まで（8時間までは1時間毎、8-14時間までは2時間毎に計12回）、消化管症状(悪心、腹痛、腹部膨満感、および便通の状態など)

Breath hydrogen concentration (at 0 min and up to 14 h post-ingestion (every hour up to 8 h, and every 2 hours from 8 to 14 h, for a total of 12 times) and gastrointestinal symptoms (monitor symptoms such as nausea, abdominal pain, abdominal bloating, and bowel movement status.)

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
糖尿病、糖代謝異常、呼吸器疾患、慢性の消化器疾患（炎症性腸疾患、過敏性腸症候群、機能性ディスペプシア等）、腹部の手術歴、便通異常、血液疾患、食物アレルギーのいずれかの既往歴、またはBMIが25.0以上の者。喫煙者、過度の飲酒習慣を有する者、妊娠・授乳中の者。常用的に食物繊維をはじめとした難消化吸収性糖質を摂取している者、および試験成績に影響を及ぼす可能性のある医薬品（抗生物質等）、特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品、健康食品を日常的に摂取している者。

The exclusion criteria are diabetes mellitus, abnormal glucose metabolism, respiratory disease, chronic gastrointestinal disease (inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, functional dyspepsia, etc.), abdominal surgery, history of abnormal bowel movements, blood disorders, food allergies, or a BMI of 25.0 or higher. Smokers, individuals with excessive alcohol intake, and pregnant or lactating women will be excluded. Also excluded are those who regularly consume non-digestible and absorbable saccharides (such as dietary fiber), and those who routinely consume pharmaceuticals (such as antibiotics), foods for specified health uses, functional foods, or health foods.
